Best buy returns malfuntioning products so no worries

I purchased this adapter for my note 5 but it does not work. I was able to get it to work with the note 4.

After trying for a couple of weeks to purchase this at the store, and finding that rack empty every time, I finally ordered it at the customer service desk. I waited a week and it finally came in. I was never told, until I asked, that I also needed an additional cable to make this work. Took everything home and connected it. Nothing. No signal at all. When I returned everything, I was told by the customer service rep that he had heard this same story from others.

This item sounds cool, but given the fact that NFL Mobile, and most apps on my Galaxy S5 don't support HDMI, having the adapter is useless. Not worth the $50+, I'd recommend just doing the $35 Chromecast instead

I got this for my galaxy s5 and it worked ok sadly I had a few that didn't work so well. Also the newer galaxy phones don't support the adapter.

This item was original Samsung product,not Best Buy Brand, salesperson confirmed and reassured me it would work with my Galaxy S7. Has to return

Dont buy this for Galaxy s6 model because Galaxy s6 doesn't support this.

It is a nice product but I can't use it with all of my samsung devices. I was told that it should work but did not, only with my phone.

Just a warning, does not work with Galaxy S6 phones and I'm not sure if it'll work with note either. Ended up having to return it.

Samsung dropped MHL support in the Galaxy S7 so this dongle didn't work with it.

Simply stated, the adapter didn't work. I should've known it wouldn't work because when I went into Best Buy to purchase it, most of the stock on the shelf had been returned; I had to search for one that had not been returned. That was not a good sign; apparently quite a few other customers have also discovered that this adapter doesn't work. I will be returning it for a refund.

Once you plug it into the cell charging port ...there's no way to charge phone. Smh

I'm confused it's OK to use with Samsung Galaxy 7 but not the edge y?

This doesn't work for any new Samsung phones. I bought one, tried it out, didn't work, exchanged for a brand new one, same thing happened. Then I found out that it's meant for Galaxy 6s and lower but NOT the 7 or anything newer.

Device does not work on my note 5 I have heard that no device works.

Picture on my television kept flashing on and off, even though my husband followed all tbe directions. He even returned the first one in exchange for a different one, thinking that perhaps it was just a faulty adapter. The second one didn't work either, so we returned the second one as well.
