The clasps on either end do not fit between the prongs on the Watch 5 Pro Titanium Grey LTE that I own.

Also it is not an original Samsung product. Says "Designed for..." which means it is a 3rd party manufacturer which has Samsung's approval. In this case Dongguan Mingfing Hardware Products Co. Ltd. "Samsung accepts no responsibility... contact the manufacturer..." Best Buy should be embarrassed. This product is blatantly mispresented.

I sat for about 2 hours trying to get the pins seated but it just wouldn't fit on either the 44mm watch 4 not the 46mm watch 4 classic.

It does, but it's just a very tight fit. I thought it might not when I first got it, but it does, it just takes some finagling and sliding it in *from the bottom up*. It was doubly hard because I have a cover on the watch body (Spigen Liquid Air Armor). The reason it's such a snug fit in the watch is so it's not lose and rattling around. It's basically seamless, looks great! Do believe the S/M instead of M/L claims - I got a S/M but it still fits me fine. Wouldn't work for a larger wrist though. It's really nice quality, looks really good, seems very durable, and breaths nicely. I got it to replace the GW4 silicone band that got sweaty and itchy all the time, I regularly forget I have it on, now.

Dont buy if you have Galaxy watch 4 classic 46mm

They have not mentioned anything about the dial size. I have both watch 4 and watch 4 classic, but this band doesn't fit on the classic model 46mm. I really liked this band, but I will have to return it.
