Purchased a florida home and a new 3rd generation hub. Have had nothing but problems maintaining a WiFi connection. Would not recommend this product. Bought this just before Covid, I’ll have to eat the money spent. Just put in an order from Best Buy for a 2nd generation Hub. Will stay in touch.

I did not get any response from Alexa at all. Between Alexa and this sensor, I dont know which one has a problem. I'm so disappointed.
