This is a great option for the money. It is much slower and heavier than my Samsung chromebook and Mac but has the memory and capacity that a chromebook lacks without the price of a Mac. It also has an awesome touchscreen and 360 spin works well. Windows is horrible though. However, it is more tolerable after disabling Cortana and removing the search bar and Windows edge.

This was my fourth computer purchase from BestBuy. The first three I returned because of various problems. This one runs like a top. I like that it starts up by just opening the top, no power button to press. The backlit keyboard has three settings and a sensor on it that turns it off in bright light. The unit is fast and seems well built. I guess the fourth time was the charm.

Samsung products are always great and dependable. I bought this labtop about a week ago and I got a great deal on it 50 off price and an extra $150 with the student college deals. I got a steal. Great price and it's very good for College starter.

I've traditionally been an IBM/Lenovo or Toshiba laptop buyer, but the Samsung specs really impressed me and the reviews were very good. I'm so glad I trusted the reviews! The unit is beautifully made and also very powerful with the i5-6th gen processor. The build quality is similar to my previous Thinkpads, but the design is much friendlier. You won't be disappointed.

I got this for Christmas and so far so good. It is a fast laptop with great features including the touch screen. The lighted keyboard is a great feature. I have not accessed all of the features yet, but it has a lot to offer. Computers should come with Microsoft office though, I am done buying that program. Overall great computer so far, hopefully it will last.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter for Christmas (I got a great "flash sale" deal). Later I spoke with a Best Buy salesman to confirm that this was a good device for my daughter to store and edit her pictures on. He assured me it was and the proof is in the pudding. She has made good use of it and finds it meets her need splendidly.

Light weight and can be used as a table great touchscreen

My samsung computer is great. It is affordable, meets all of the basic requirements of a home computer and provides the confidence of a strong industry brand. The convert to tablet touch screen is great and the amazing detail in the screen resolution is outstanding.

I really like the features of this laptop and once you pass the learning curve it is easy to use. However, I did encounter a problem where I couldn't find the answer in the manual so I had to research on the internet for it. Some things just are not apparent and this is the reason why I gave my rating four stars.

I have had this laptop for a month now and am very pleased with it. The resolution is very good and it runs very well for all the things I use it for, which is email, internet, pictures and videos. The only thing I would say is the power button on the side can be banged easy and it shuts off. It is a little annoying but ok.

This was a purchase for my son to take to college. He is very hard on electronics. 2 years in and so far so good.

Samsung has done a great job the laptop is in the bigger side of the options out there but its very good battery life is pretty brilliant and it charges fast and lasts a while speedy start ups and seems like it will last a while ordered a screen protector from skinomi and it was for the activ9 13.3 inch and it fits great

I have been trying very hard to get a good laptop, which would work seamlessly without causing basic hardware/ software issues. I ordered dell inspiron core i7 256 gb SSD from Amazon. Unfortunately its network driver did not work and had to return the next day. Then I had to order the same from best buy and that was no different. This was followed by Lenovo Guru 9. But its fan was creating very loud noise. After all these I was literally frustrated. Finally one of the blue shirt guy told me about Samsung Spin. Trust me , considering the price and the product I can never think of any better product. I am very happy with my spin. I replaced its hard drive with an SSD. It just takes 3 seconds to boot. Awesome product

I love the touchscreen and lightweight feel of it.

We purchased this laptop for middle school students. It definitely has enough power, speed and memory for their current use. It powers microsoft student with ease and no issues with internet use. The only thing we would complain about is the square mouse pad. It's a bit loose and clicks oddly.

I purchased this laptop with no expectation. I was glad with how easy is to upgrade this laptop's RAM and add a SSD for just a few extra bucks. The only complaint is the quality of the webcam that is only 480p. Not very good for Skype and other video conferencing applications hence 4 stars.

This laptop has been very reliable since i purchased 9 months ago. You can do multiple things at once without it getting bogged down. I do a lot of video editing and render's videos with no issues or delay. Perfect for a student or just every day casual browsing, streaming videos, etc.
