I like this laptop because the keyboard is similar to a MacBook Pro and the keys are lit up. Also, it has a pretty good processor. But I would have liked more RAM. I like Samsung products. I have a Samsung TV and it is very enjoyable - easy to use and has a wonderful picture.

Bought this for my wife. She needed a new laptop for school. The 2-in-1 functionality is great and it was super easy to setup. I have not been able to setup a Geek squad appointment to fully set it up with some of the Samsung cloud features. Snappy, and performs above expectations.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 15yr old niece, but did the initial setup first so she could hit the ground running with it. I have been in IT for over 25 years, programming, purchasing, upgrading, repairing, and even building computers. I have been buying Dell computers for both work and home for the last 20 years, but have noted that the quality seemed to have been slipping the last few years. After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance on this Samsung. I am very impressed! I really like the back-lit keyboard, has a very good feel to it, and just the overall build quality feels confidence inspiring. It doesn't feel "cheap" like most lower cost notebooks in this price range. I plan on buying one for myself the next time I am in the market.

I have recently purchased this laptop online and it works amazing! I love the display and I get everything I need. I would personally say it is better than a Macbook, but people's opinions vary. Overall, one of the best laptops I have purchased for school with an affordable price.

Great laptop for anyone, very versatile good for watching movies or videos on the go.

Pros: -This laptop feels very well built. -The keyboard and track-pad layout is good. - USB-C -Good 1080 screen -The Samsung update software is very good. -Touchscreen that can fold backwards into tablet mode. Cons: -The body of the laptop could be thinner.

This is a very good laptop. I purchased it mainly to do schoolwork when I travel. I do use it frequently to browse the web, watch videos, and listen to weekly seminars. Overall it is a very good product that I have had for about 3 months and have not had any issues.

I use it as laptop and tablet about half the time each Some programs (Quicken) do not install properly in tablet mode. I get about 6 to 7 hours on battery when in battery saver mode. Wifi is fast as it receives on two frequencies simultaneously.

Had my laptop for about a month now and I absolutely love it. Wasn't expecting it to work as flawless as it does beings that it was an open box product but it's perf. No complaints so far, but still trying to learn how to work it. I got the basics so far..

It's a great computer with plenty of memory, but I really like that I can use it like a tablet. It really comes in handy with my kids. The only thing that I think that it should come with is google or google chrome instead of bing.

Had this system about a month now and have had no problems at all! The system is fast and meets all my requirements. The only shortfall is the location of the on/off switch on the mid right side. If you are not careful, you can turn the system off.

It was recommended by a staff member and very close in its method of operations to my existing laptop and so a good choice. I did not have to learn a whole bunch of new things to get going! Also the data transfer was seamless.

This is a wonderful product. It has all of the power and features of my desktop with portability. It performs flawlessly. I am typing this review on it just to show off how well it works! I just might not need my old fashioned desktop anymore.

Good graphics card, solid hard drive and great processor.

I've owned Samsung smartphones for years and have been impressed with their quality. I felt it was time to try their laptop. You will not be disappointed. Quick reaction, quality product, and above all one of the best I've owned.

Glad I read the reviews on the Samsung laptop. Love their other technology device (phones, tablets, phones), but did take them serious as a PC manufacturer. I was SO wrong. Excellent performance, quality build and usability!

Bought this as a gift for my adult daughter who likes to stream movies, etc., so wanted the dual view screen. She also uses it for her work so added the Microsoft Office 365. She loves it! Speed, RAM, sound are all great!

I purchased this computer, after returning 3 new Asus due to not working properly. I feel like samsung did a great job with this computer. Its fast, great screen brightness. I am happy with the purchase.

I really like this computer. i don't like that while I'm typing the cursor moves. I love the touch screen and the tablet feature yet I rarely use it. I'm still learning about it. So far, so good.

Years of using Macbooks had me afraid to venture out. Samsung phones have been consistent so this was a no Brainer. The price was too good to be true but after a month of heavy play this notebook is here to stay!
