This is a great laptop well worth the money. The operating system is constantly having problems running the computer. Microsoft has a lot of work to do.....

With so many laptop options out there and bad luck with quite a few before this one, I'm happy to report that this one has been awesome for us! Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either.

I went through quite a few reviews and research before pitching this product. Before I start with the pro's I must admit the con's are true. Battery life is not great, it is very top heavy n keys can be quite irritating. If you can look past these features then you will love this laptop. I graduated from a MAC to a SAMSUNG and I must say I love my Samsung. MAC's are OK but if you are an avid windows user then you will hate the MAC. I love the fact that the laptop boots on and SSD and still has a 1TB HDD. For the amount I spent on this laptop I believe it is very well spent, each user experience is different but for the features, you can't go wrong with this is you are a moderate computer user.

Been using since September and is still loving my computer. I'm using it to store digital movies for entertainment while traveling and yes this is also my primary computer.

It works, and works well. No weird quirks like your average laptop. Keyboard is great, screen is great, battery is fine for the screen size, etc.

Use this computer fro school, personal, and business uses. It has many different options but the increased storage is the best!

love this one, using it for music recording. no latency, and very powerful machine.

Really nice design! Perfect for an engineering college student like myself. Worth every penny. The 2-1 features come in handy for watching online lectures or Netflix when you don't feel like doing homework.

You can't have it both ways super light and super powerful but the power of this computer really makes the extra weight worth it. Remember it is a 15.5 and full keyboard so you have lots of real estate here to use. The only thing I wish it has was a larger SSD card to run some more apps but otherwise I love this machine.

Great graphics ,fast machine. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the on-off switch is right on the side edge of the computer just moving it around you sometimes inadvertently turn it on or off

Great picture, Fast start up time, tablet mode, back lit keyboard and solid state drive make this laptop the best for school, work or just playing at home.

A great deal if you need good computing capabilities for architectural design and don't want to spend more on a Mac.

Ive only had my laptop for about a week now..so still learning all its features. I have to say the startup was super simple and I was up and running in no time.

I have used Samsung laptops for years and have been satisfied. However this laptop is not providing me with very basic and consistent functionality. I give it 2 stars because of its design and construction. But imagine having a brand new laptop in 2016 that cannot cannot open a web page - Yahoo - or YouTube - anything with out continuously crashing and going into recovery mode. I do not know if it is Samsung or Microsoft Windows 10, I get similar results using Chrome, it really does not matter at this point. I have been through all of the MS diagnostics and have not been able to resolve my problems. What a big big big mistake I made buying this thing. This laptop is a fundamental tool for my job, i am not looking forward to Monday.
