I needed a new computer after my previous one died. Samsung's model was lightweight, reasonably priced and was essentially everything I needed. The only issue is that the sounds is a bit low from the speakers. Even at 100% sometimes, it can be a bit lower than you would expect - especially if using it on your lap. Other than that, I'm enjoyed my new laptop very much.

This laptop has meet my needs and beyond. Light weight and easy to use.

I needed a new laptop that would let me take handwritten notes, type up essays, and play games (Sims 4). This laptop handles all if that beautifully. Taking notes in OneNote is amazing since I can write while resting my wrist on the screen. Playing games is good too since I can play at the highest resolution with no problems. Highly reccomend.

Good battery, small screen but clear, learning Windows 10

I ordered this computer to use for school a year and a half ago and from the first day I used it the keyboard didnt work correctly. Some keys would not work, but not all the time so I would be in the middle of typing and all of a sudden 7 different keys would stop working. I wasnt able to turn it in to get fixed because I needed it for school and didn't have enough time to send it back to get fixed so I've just been living with it, but i hate using it for this reason alone. Also, the screen is fragile and a hairline crack is now on my screen after using it for just a few days. Otherwise the laptop itself is really good. I wouldnt get this laptop refurbished as I did, get it new and maybe you wont run into any of the issues as I did.

Let's just say I trust my 6 year old daughter to use it :) She spilled water on it and nothing happened. I've had this for almost a year now and the screen is scratch free. It's light weight. I love the pen. I have a Dell at work and this is way better on the eyes. Hope this helps!

This is the second Samsung Notebook 9 laptops I have purchased within a few months. They are solidly built, fast and dependable. The display is high quality and responsive to both finger and the included pen. Purchased both on sale at Best Buy for less than I have ever found at any competitor.

I have used the computer for 3 months and am increasingly enjoyed the purchase. It is fast, light weight, with good screen and comfortable keyboard. The best part is the ports built-in; HDMI, microSD, USB-C, and USB-B. It is capable to compete with any othet 2:1 on the market.

not too much bloatware, works well, size and weight are good for my kids to carry around, and the included pen (while a little gimmicky, is actually kind of nice). We got a great deal on an open box and clearance; if you can find that, it's a no brainer.

This laptop is perfect for me. I am a college student and this device goes above and beyond. The only issue I have is storage space. I bought a 200gb micro sd card to accompany the computer and it works perfectly for my needs.
