I got this computer from Best Buy.. It was a floor model that they were selling on discount.. The rep made sure and had the computer checked and cleaned before I left the store.. I am very happy with the purchase..

It's been more than 8 months and this unit is functioning excellent with no issues to report. I like the light weightness that I can carry anywhere without breaking my back.

great computer! second one but still great. 1st one the pen would not work ... best buy switched it out for a new one.. went out of their way to make us happy in a quick time frame! My college freshman Loves it

Debated between the Microsoft Surface and Samsung. Samsung specs were much better for a very affordable price. Computer appears to be very stable and switches between tablet and laptop mode with ease.

Samsung wins again with this outstanding convertible laptop. Ultra fast, beautiful accurate color display, set in an small and light form making for a perfect travel computer. I highly recommend this laptop.

This laptop is fast, functional, and small enough to take everywhere. The biggest downside is there were no hard cases or even flexible ones available to protect the laptop from scratches.

What a handy little computer! I got this specifically for the size, plus it's processor and ssd. It has worked great and lived up to my expectations and all in a compact, lightweight package...

Computer is great for constantly carrying around, and the screen turns on immediately when you open the laptop. The 2:1 capability is great and the pen allows you to mark up documents with ease.

Probably has more features than I need but I love it. Wish it connected ted to my note 9 a bit more and disappointed the new one came out like 2 months after I bought it was trying to hold out but couldmt.

Screen resolution is amazing and syncs well with my Sansung TV. It loads very fast and battery life seems to be very good. I like the fact that it has a stylus like my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

Graphics are fabulous, easy to use, bought it for my business, only thing I didn't like was the lack of a number keyboard. I purchased one separately and am waiting on its arrival.

I really like this computer. It has enough horsepower to handle Engineering classes at the graduate level. Display is very clear and battery life is great.

Best Buy provides awesome products and always delivers the best. I refer all my friends and contacts to Best Buy. Customer services and staff are simply wonderful!

Had it for about a month so far. Really love the way the pen writes/draws. It could be more aesthetically pleasingly for the price but the way it works is great.

I love this 2-in-1. Love the facial recognition log-on. Makes it easy to get started and easy to use. I have all Samsung products to works seamlessly across all devices.

A nice solid portable laptop, easily transforms into a tablet. The stylus pen that's include is very nice for drawing or sketching. It's hidden very nicely with-in the laptop itself.

I have not owned this laptop the entire 14 days. At this point, I have to give it THREE STARS because my left mouse key sticks. I am giving it a couple more days to see if it goes away. If not, back it goes. Also, it does get hot and loud when on my lap. It cools down if I disconnect my charger; but, if I do that, then I loose Display Light. Hope that helps. Cross fingers for me not to have to return. . . . grrrrrr..

Starts up fast, can be used as a laptop or tablet, connects easily to my phone so I can take notes on either device and transfer them when I need to study.

Could not be happier with the quality of the chassis, performance of the hardware and the integration with other Samsung devices used throughout the company
