I buy these for my business. We have 9 of them and everyone loves them. Lightweight, fast, sleek, and excellent display. Sound is not that great, but this is outweighed by the other pro's.

Brought as an open-box item to save some money. Normally it works out to be a sweet deal, But Not Today. You remive the power adapter from the cpu and it turns off. The battery must be bad. Want to return this laptop, but Best-Buy wants me to pay for teturn shipping. And due to this virus I have to wait even longer because they are only doing curbside. So I'll wait. Next time brand new, not used.

I've owned the computer for about 6 months. Overall, it's a good computer. Light, with good battery. I just use it for reports, spreadsheets, etc. so I can't comment on its performance. There are several issues that shouldn't be present on a laptop at this pricepoint. USB-C Charging - it is capable, but if you try, there is a persistent pop-up notification that you are using an unapproved charging device. Even with a 60W USB-C charger. Also, if you are under heavy CPU or disk usage load (i.e. running virus scan) the machine will not charge via USB-C. Possibly due to heating near the USB connection. Samsung Update Software - Seems to do a decent job of pushing firmware and driver updates. BUT its also used to push bloatware that a user either must install, or live with it as a "recommended update" until you install it.

This laptop has served me well over the years. It is smooth and extremely capable. This is my ytg year woth it and it still runs fine. My only regret is not getting one with a bigger SSD.
