Easy to use....great size...excellent response....

Brought this for a student in the family. Right out of the box, it was simple and easy setup. Starting up is really fast, running programs without issue. Beautiful screen which makes watching videos a pleasure. Love the touch screen and the stylus pen to take note. Respond flawlessly.

The laptop is good because it is small and portable. The battery is alright I cannot complain. The touchscreen with the pen is nice. Overall it is a great laptop.

I really like this cromebook. It is super fast. The one thing I noticed was updating your apps it flies through downloads in the blink of a eye. The pen is a really good item to have and you can't loose it cause it has it's own little home in your cromebook. The different ways you can place it for viewing the screen is awesome and the storage is good 64gigs is nice. Set-up was flawless my only complaint is the keyboard is not lighted but there are little usb gizmos for that. Except for the keyboard not being lit this has everything I was looking for.

This is my first chromebook but it is super fast and works excellent, I love samsung products and love this as it can fold in half and use as a tabletop tablet or a laptop and it's super easy and fast!!!

Got this device as a travel device so as not to damage my pixelbook cosmetically. The Plus v2 is on par with the pixelbook in every respect. The keyboard is almost as amazing as the pixelbook's. The screen has a little yellowish hue to it but that is only noticed if you go from a screen that doesn't have this hue back to the Samsung Plus v2. Brightness is pretty decent but after using Samsung's Note line of phones and tablets I was a little bummed with the lack of nits on the chromebook plus v2. The screen is not the 3:2 format as the pixelbook which I like for taking notes during lectures. The speakers are ok. They are loud enough in most sound environments that you are going to be in normally. This is not a "lunch room" movie viewing device for sure. If you have or have had a chromebook in the past, syncing your settings is a breeze and happens automatically when you sign on to this device. The S Pen is comfortable but I use an older s pen model with a button to get the same pixel pen features that the pixelbook has. (I know I'm comparing to the pixelbook but it is by far the best Chromebook on the market and I feel this Samsung Chromebook Plus V2 is close behind in the top 5). My one gripe about the build of the Plus V2 is that the bottom of the keyboard attracts little scratches like crazy. After just a week of use there was already enough scratches to be visibly frustrating. I would purchase a case but then the 2-in-1 features are not accessible. Aside from the actual device I would like to mention that purchasing these devices from best buy is touch and go. The first I purchased didn't have the right software installed from the manufacturer and I had to return. The replacement device had a broken track pad and had to return and replace again. The third time was the charm. So don't hesitate to take the device back and let them check it out if you don't feel like it is in perfect condition. If you can find this device on sale for under $400 then I can't suggest a better purchase.

I bought this chromebook as an inexpensive replacement for my Windows Surface. I use the web (Google Drive and a web based software) for a lot of my work; so for those activities, it works just as well as a laptop. As someone who loves the Microsoft programs, there is a little bit of a learning curve since this only allows for the app or online versions, but it’s not bad. It’s also a VERY fast system.

This is a great computer for anyone. Fast has everything you need. I enjoy the compact size of it fits in your purse. Works like a big computer just compact.

I love my new chromebook. It's very easy to use. The keyboard is easy. I really like the touch screen, too. Still getting used to it.

This laptop was purchased for a 13 year old to use for her school assignments. Since it is so compact, she is able to take it to school in her backpack. Her assignments are accessible online. Therefore, once completed, she is able to transmit them to her teacher electronically. This enables her to submit her homework in a timely manner, even when she is absent. The laptop works fantastically. The only complaint is that it is easy to dent.

Works great, lightweight, fast, and lots of nice features including the stylist. No complaints.
