Customers recognize the POWERbot Essential's excellent cleaning performance and powerful suction, frequently praising its effectiveness. Many appreciate its relatively quiet operation and ease of use, although some users find the navigation system needs improvement and that its height restricts access to certain areas. The app functionality also received negative feedback from some customers. Overall, the robot vacuum receives positive feedback for its cleaning capabilities but has room for improvement in navigation and app design.

Went in to replace my 5 year old Roomba and ended up buying the Samsung instead. But... the Samsung is much taller than my roomba so it wouldn't go under the bed or the living room furniture like my roomba did.
I ended up returning it. Very disappointed.
I purchased the Roomba 880 model and all is well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

use with smart things and arrival sensor so only runs when I'm not home. Works well to pick up all the cat hair and we now only vacuum with the handheld once every two weeks

Product failed after 5 months of usage.
Samsung customer service is the worst possible. They don't know what to do. First they told me someone would pick it up at my house for repairs. After a week waiting I called them back and they told me they were wrong; I needed to mail the product for repair.
Product was mailed and came back fixed.
This time, worked for one month. It is broken again.
I've just called them and they told again somebody would come to pick it up. I had to teach their customer service this is not their process (can you believe it?!). After checking they told me I should mail the product for repair.
If I could, I would return it.
I WILL NEVER BUY A NON-TV SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN.
