Has trouble around lips in the floor. Still have to sweep every couple days. But is good at keeping pet hair to a minimum

At first, I loved my Samsung robot vac. I soon learned you have to clean the filter often if used for high traffic areas, so you will need to purchase an extra filter to allow one to dry while using the other.(I ran my vac daily) Also, if I would turn it on then need to send it back to the base it would get lost. It did vacuum pretty well.

I hesitated to purchase this item, thinking this product is really the ultimate lazy mans toy. 6 months later I could not be happier. It is not a total cleaning solution, still have to manually clean around furniture but only once a week. Coming home from work every night and not having to vacuum dog hair made it worth the money.

I was skeptical but it's great just should have purchased the model with a cutter bar to take care of hair and thread. We love this vacuum

We are amazed by how it gets around all the obstacles in the house and how much it picks up every time it works. Great time saver.

We love the vacuum and it does a great job. It takes two charges to clean a 2000 sq ft hardwood floor home. Samsung please add a option to choose which days the vacuum cleans instead of everyday or none. Most of our small and large appliances are Samsung. This needs to be fixed.

I regret waiting so long to buy a robot vacuum. We have pets and this thing cleans all the pet hair and dirt the animals bring in.

I absolutely love the vacuum. So quite and powerful! Our dog sheds a lot and all his hair is gone. It vacuums in straight lines so the carpet looks like professionally cleaned. It finds the charging station without any problems and once it recharges it continues to vacuum where it left off. Best purchase ever.

Good suction, the system to map yhe floor looks good, I don't see it going to same place everytime like some othes robots...

Had a little bit of doubt when I was ready to purchase this item , but when I started it , it met my needs! Awesome vaccum

Surprising effectiveness on carpet and hardwood both. Got this free when buying appliance package. Two best days to buy appliances are 4th of July and Black Friday. Do your homework- you can get lots of free stuff. Best buy actually beat out local appliance stores on price of washer/dryer and Fridge with rebates.

Looked great out of the box but when it came to working on my hardwood or carpet.... Thumbs Down. I had big issues with the programing to sweep the floor. it just would not get across the room at all + it took so long it died before it could dock itself back to charge

This product is way to use and it is very helpful if you have pets. I no longer have to sweep pet hair up on a daily basis.

Works great cleans very well however the battery life isn’t the best but it definitely gets the job done

Love the app. Will get notification when it's done cleaning and charging. The spot clean function is great, as well as the controller. Setting the auto clean was very simple to setup, as well as the wifi setup.

I got this for free during Black Friday promotion but i need to pick up this later So i dont know it works well or not

I really like the Samsung Powerbot but it could be have a better battery life when in operation.

This is one of the best vacuums I’ve ever owned - high trash capacity and very powerful. I have a husky and this bad boy keeps my floor clean. I do however have to deep cleaning it every 2-3days to maintain it longevity but it’s not Samsung’s fault. Blame it on the hair. Lol The only think I have to say is that it does leave tracks on the floor close to all the walls hence why I gave it 4 stars

I am in love with this Robot vacuum cleaner. It cleans the hard floors and carpets. I don't even have to sweep much at all. I just dust around my base boards and corners which is super quick. Cuts me sweeping the floor by 90%. You can't beat that. My floor is always clean. I love it.

Great for in between vacuuming with my normal vacuum. App did not connect to vacuum.
