Bought it for my wife and she absolutely loves it! Picks up all the dust great and the app feature is superb.

Works great and the app functionality is perfect. You'll still need to use a hose for tight core ears though.

I returned this product after relentlessly trying to get the app downloaded .. was told to call my ISP because my router needed to be adjusted??? I purchased in order to program and map out my house, just didn’t do what I needed it to do, Using Alexa was more headaches to no avail..if you want to use it with the remote it a great product

I have 2 large dogs and purchased this to help me keep up with vacuuming up the dog hair. It does a pretty good job of getting into most places. I have to empty it out every day though so if I forget to then it doesn't really help until I do. My dogs pulled out the bar that sweeps the debris off the floor and chewed it all up. I was able to buy a replacement on Amazon for about $25.

I bought this vacuum for my parents for Christmas who are older and have difficulty vacuuming. They absolutely love it. It evens goes under their bed which was impossible for them before. They haven’t had any issues and I’m going to buy myself one now!

cleanss entire floor of carpeting. good suction strong motor. Best vacuum I have ever had. Returns for more vacuuming automatically after recharging. just keep cleaning out the dirty stuff inside and this machine is better than a hand held vacuum!

I received my Samsung PowerBot and I fell in love instantly. It cleans the carpeting beautifully. It reaches into corners and goes along baseboards with ease and very effective. I have had an IRobot vacuum for years and loved it. I believe the Samsung is as good if not better.

Saw the upgraded model on the floor but decided to go with lesser. Cleans well. Check canister frequently.

The endless fight with dog hair used to be time consuming. This gadget takes care of most of it for me! It doesn't cover every square inch every day, but it learns your house/apartment and covers a good area before having to put itself back on the charger.

I was hesitant to even try such a product. All the dog hair goes to edges and corners so I didn't see the point of getting a round vacuum. Seeing this little square guy with an edge cleaner definitely got my attention. I can make it to weekend without having hair all over the house.

We moved to a new house and had no furniture. It worked great, cleaned everything. The suction is great and easy to clean. Then we brought in furniture, rugs and stuff. It gets lost regularly. Leaves dirt on the edge of the rugs. Gets stuck between the chairs.

You need furniture higher off the floor than mine so I had to set up or move around.

Nice robot vacuum. It gets stuck every now and then under the chair while vacuuming in the dining room.

My wife and I put off running the vacuum as long as possible but not since we got our Powerbot. You should make your house bot friendly for the best cleaning job. Have it's path clear as practical. It has trouble dealing with chair legs and throw rugs. I wish I had bought one sooner.

I have been using this in my vacation rental property. It’s worked great I run it while I clean the rest of the house. I use It in all the bedroom. So far Im very happy with it. I don’t use the app but May try soon

I had high hopes for this product. But after 2 1/2 weeks she is going back. First, it couldn't do my house 2,100 sq ft in one charge. The trash reservoir is way to small and tedious to empty, wash and dry almost after every use. I just hope Best Buy accepts it back.
