First, this is a GOOD vacuum!

This POWERbot 7040 is a really good vacuum first and foremost. My previous robo-vacs were robots first that functioned about as well as a dustbuster on the vacuum side. I have mostly hard floors with area rugs and it is doing great. The GOOD -It has excellent suction -Automatic coverage pattern seems to do pretty well -Doesn't seem bothered by surface changes, it doesn't push my area rugs out of place or shape. -Great sensors, often detect objects before running into them -Charges quickly The negative -If using high suction cyclone mode, battery doesn't last very long -On automatic, it sometimes gets lost and runs out of charge before finding its way back to charger. Overall I am happy with this POWERbot 7040. Not perfect but darned good.

It’s not working on black carpet. Gives C07 error. Not even hovering on small carpets which are less than half inch. At the walls it slows down and waits for bit long. But never pulls the small dead bug from the wall corner.

I did a fair bit of research before buying this vacuum and, if money was no object, I would have have purchased a more powerful machine which holds a longer charge. But I really wanted to see what it's like to have a robot vacuum so I went with the more affordable model. This one runs for 60 minutes before needing to recharge rather than the 90 minutes of the more expensive model. The size of the vacuum was surprisingly large, and heavy. The instruction booklet was also large, and intimidating. I have no problem figuring things out when I want to but the instructions in the booklet weren't super easy so I concentrated on reading just enough to get it to work. To date, I still haven't figured out how to control it with my Alexa but I can control it with remote control. I'm sure if I take a few minutes and read the instruction manual without distractions, I should be able to figure it out okay. I wasn't expecting much in the way of cleaning from the POWERbot. Compared to my regular vacuum cleaner, it doesn't seem very powerful but I was pleasantly surprised after it made it's first run through the house to find dirt in the little dirt-collecting bin. It's capable of doing spot cleaning but I haven't figured out how to program it yet so I just press the turbo button, the home button and the go button and let it run. Without programming, it seems to follow the same pattern. I still find it thrilling to discover that it finds its way around the house and into all the rooms. If it runs into an obstacle, it goes around it. Since it only runs for 60 minutes on a charge, it usually goes back to its base, charges, and then sets off again to finish the job. On occasion, I've checked the base and discovered "Go Go Gadget" isn't there. A couple of times it seems to have just stopped where it ran out of power. A few times, it had a larger piece of debris caught in it and once the item was removed, it resumed vacuuming. I have long hair and can't use my power head on the regular vacuum as it gets too tangled in the roller. With the POWERbot, the roller is easy to remove and clean any tangled up hair messes. It's definitely not perfect. You'll likely still want to vacuum with something more powerful occasionally but, overall, it keeps the floor cleaner than it would have been without it and makes me feel good about it. This honest review was written in exchange for a discounted appliance as part of the insiders program.

I was actually skeptical about a robot vacuum and wasn't sure I would accept this campaign from the Insiders. The Insiders gave me a chance to try this vacuum at a discount for my review. Well, it changed my mind. This device is very cool. I am a pet sitter and my floors are always full of fur balls and fly away dog hairs. I have 2 cats also which shed like crazy as well. My floors really need a vacuuming every day. Almost twice a day in the hot months. This saves me so much time and I haven't pulled my upright out since I got it. I like that it connects to wifi so you can schedule your cleaning when you are not home with your phone. I have used the schedule feature twice now while at home. I was worried that it would get stuck on something but it does notify you if that happens. It got stuck on a string on my rug and just shut down and notified me. It also has notified me when on an uneven surface. Setting up with my wifi was a little tricky. I don't know if it was my wifi's issue or not but I finally got it and it really wasn't that hard. The remote control is easy to use and there are features on it that are helpful, such as spot clean and turbo. Others have complained about the app but I have only used it at home and it works fine for me. I have a low coffee table and wasn't sure it would make it but it gets under it easily. It seems to twist and turn and navigate with ease. I have read that the more you use it, the smarter it gets and maps out your house, so I am excited to see how that works. Right now it does miss spots here and there and doesn't always go in straight lines but I have not had it clean my entire house yet. I have a 2400 sq. foot home. The spot clean feature is nice because you can direct it to the area needing cleaning. You can also use the repeat feature if more cleaning is needed in that area. It has great suction power. I live in Florida and we have very sandy soil. With dogs coming in and out, our floors really gets sandy. It works great picking up the sand. It is also great going from our wood floor to a carpeted area. When it gets to an edge, it displays edge. It will even go into turbo power on my rugged areas. The dustpan is very easy to empty and clean. So far everyone in this house is impressed, including the pets whom I thought would be scared of this but are not. The charge lasts about an hour and then it will dock itself and recharge. I had the dock in a bedroom and had to move it closer to the area it was working on. It was too far away to return to its dock. It displays full when fully charged. I will be using this daily and hope to learn more but so far I really love this! This is a keeper! I also do house cleaning and I have told the ladies I work for all about this. Hope it doesn't put me out of a job. #InsidersPOWERbot #TheInsidersUS

While buying I was not expecting much from this model, but after using it for few days I was surprised. My comparison was with iRobot 8xx models. Pros: - It sweeps in linear pattern, like we do manual vacuum. So there are no chances of leaving any spot in room. Also it sweeps in cross linear pattern, means it sweeps room exactly twice. - Edge clean works good. compared to other round vacuums that do not sweep 2-3 inches from the wall. - Its very quite though powerful Cons: - Connecting to Samsung connect while setup was difficult even with Galaxy S8. Assuming both Samsung products. It took 4-5 tries to connect that requires rebooting of mobile and uninstalling-installing app multiple times. - Coverage map does not work if you stop or do any interruption when cleaning is ongoing. - Dust storage feels small on carpet. As it got almost full after cleaning one room of ~100.sqft.

Several years ago I purchased and ultimately returned a robotic vacuum. We are dog owners and dogs shed, in our case they shed a lot. The vac I tried jammed easily on dog hair and had other failings. When I tried this new Samsung, I had low expectations which were quickly dashed. Here are some of the positives: -brushes do not jam -dog hair does not wind around brushes -incredible power/suction -easy to program -moves easily between hard and carpeted floor surfaces -relatively quiet -programmable -decent battery life (+/-) 90 mins. -overall, very good cleaning, including most edges My 4-star rating (rather than 5) is due to the inherit limitations of any robotic vac, including this very well engineered/designed Samsung. While it can be (relatively) easily programmed to run at certain times, having a small robot running around the house is distracting (but can be a fun game for some pets). The same job can be done much more quickly with a standard vac. In our home, the vac had to stop because the dustbin filled (dog hair) to capacity. (The dustbin is easy to see into [see photo] and also to empty. Additionally, Samsung strongly recommends that the charging/base unit be flat against a wall. In our house, we have a variety of baseboards with quarter-round which made complying impossible [see photo]. When the vac returned to the base for charging, it was obvious why the manual encourages a flat wall, as the base moved and challenged the vac to park itself, which it ultimately did. My final "con" is that "boundary markers" which keep the vac from tumbling down a flight of stairs on going into places where it should not go are an "option" and calls to Samsung Support and then too their parts/accessories supplier were not successful in finding out how to purchase these. In my opinion, they should be included. I think this would be a great purchase for a small house or apartment, especially if it were programmed to run while the occupants were elsewhere. With its camera and sensors, it's a very impressive and helpful piece of technology.

The ability to have this vacuum zoom itself around our apartment while in class, at work, or out of town is incredible! Having it set to max power means it will head back to the base a few times during cleaning (our apartment is 990 sqft) but, that is perfectly fine when you're gone! You won't even notice it buzzing around, cleaning and tidying up the floor! It is able to move seamlessly from carpet to tile to wood to linoleum flooring or navigate itself under your bed and through chairs to clean in places that probably haven't been touched in a while! This vacuum is NOT for heavy cleanings, you still should keep a regular vacuum around. Especially for pets and kids but for the in-between cleanings, it is more than sufficient! (The dust/dirt container is only about 3 x 4 inches and doesn't hold enough for a full cleaning.)

Let me first start out by saying this is the first toe that I have dipped into the robot vacuum waters. I know others that have them and they swear by them as efficient time savers. I know that is something I was looking to gain with the Samsung POWERbot R7040. When I received the box, I was pleasantly surprised to find the pieces to a minimum and the setup to be somewhat easy. As this was my introduction to using one, I did read the manual and I found it to be very informative. It was very thorough in telling me how to set up my base and how long it would take to charge the POWERbot. After it was charged, I gave it a test run. Unfortunately, I missed the part in the manual that told me that the POWERbot would follow the same pattern as the setup on the base. If the base and bot face North/South, then that's the way it will maneuver around the room. I left mine at an angle and it proceeded to to move that away around the room. It was annoying, but I dealt with it. I did change it to be more of a simple patter after that. From a cleaning perspective, I noticed that it was very thorough on carpet as well as hardwood. I am not sure that I noticed enough of a change with the suction power between the two, but I did adjust it with the included remote. While not a big deal, it would be nice if it were more noticeable so you don't have to worry about it. My biggest concern with it is the battery life. The POWERbot definitely burns through a lot of battery on high power so those lighter cleanings on lower power should resort in more floors coverage. Regardless, I don't think I ever saw it leave anything behind unless it was too close to the wall or an obstacle like a table leg. I also gave the Samsung app a whirl and I found it to be decent, but not something I would rely on. It could use some more details, but it works similarly to the remote. Yes, this is a part of the package with buying it, but I can't really knock it for this purpose alone. Lastly, I have a two-story home and unless I move everything this little guy is not going to be my primary vacuum for the whole house. I do feel it is a great supplemental addition to a situation like ours. It can work on the main level while I tackle things upstairs with our upright. It will definitely save some time for anyone whether you have children or pets at home. That scheduled option of cleaning an area will be very handy with their dirty little paws.

A welcomed addition to the Fa

When I received this vacuum, I honestly didn't think that it would change much about my cleaning pattern. I don't make much of a mess and I wasn't expecting the vacuum to truly pick up that much that I may have missed. I am so glad that I was wrong....WOW! This thing is an automated genius and hopefully I can quell any concerns individuals may have about it. Setup- The setup up out of the box is not only quick, but thorough. It took about 3-4 hours for the PowerBot to fully charge out of the box. My suggestion is that you center the Bot in your room so that if you want to tackle halves at a time you can do so without draining the battery completely (it also look aesthetically pleasing, lol) The boundary markers are quite easy to apply, but I decided against it because I wanted to get the truly cleaning power, as well as a good idea of what it did and didn't hit. Use- The first time you use this I swear it will take you aback on how truly quiet it is compared to conventional vacs. I started it up and it went about doing its things, uncaring to what my daily activities were. After it completed its run, waste disposal was a quite easy. On a note, while this is the first PowerBot I've owned, I've had friends that have had them as well as other companies versions of them....let me just say the suction power of this little guy is heads and shoulders above any of the others I have seen! Not one time did the PowerBot ever get stuck or jammed during its run. And with all the furniture in my place, that is a marvel within itself! Conclusion- Don't even have a second thought about purchasing one of these bundles of joy. If you have the opportunity, run to your nearest retail store, or online store, and pick one of these up. Many of the issues that people stated they encountered including Wi-Fi setup and Smart Things integration I never saw or had trouble with. This little fellow will not only make your life much easier, but become a part of your life that you never really knew you needed.

    Good vacuum, terrible battery life

I bought this vacuum a few days ago to replace an aging Neato Botvac Connected that has over 1000 hours on it. This one was on sale for 299. Setup on the Smartthings app was easy and worked the first time. Operation of the vac is pretty straightforward. The suction and cleaning is good. It is very quiet compared to the Neato, even on turbo mode. In 4 days, it has not gotten stuck yet. I am using it in a 300 sq ft space that is mostly carpet, and some hard flooring. My biggest gripe is the TERRIBLE battery life. 35 minutes? Seriously? And that is within Samsung's advertised battery life. In order to complete this space, it has to use 2-3 charges, and is charges SLOW. Total cleaning cycle takes 2-3 hours for 300 sq ft. The dust bin is also very small. Don't even think of getting this if you have pets. You will be emptying it between charges. So far, I have gotten one error code (C-06), which was to wipe off the front and rear obstacle sendor. There was nothing on the sensors. Why can't Samsung do like Neato and just have the display tell you, in plain English, what the problem is? Also, the brush roll is very small in diameter, which means it spins fast, and will wear out fast. I have read reports of the brush roll bearings going out fast. Not surprising. Despite it's shortcomings, the cleaning performance is good, and i will probably keep it, since it is for a smaller space. If you have a large space, forget this model, and look for one with a larger battery. Also, there are no room barriers with this one, so you need to close a door, or put a physical barrier out to keep this vacuum where you want it.

    Cleans With A Purpose

As soon as I removed the Samsung Powerbot from its box, I knew that it meant business. It's bigger than my other name brand robot vacuum and the brush bar beneath the Powerbot is sturdy and thicker which means there's less debris to escape. However, appearances can only go so far. It was time to see if the Samsung Powerbot had the muscle. I used the convenient remote that came with it and pressed the action button. immediately the Powerbot came to life. What I noticed first was that the Powerbot actually sounds like an upright vacuum in terms of suction. Instead of the noisy, 'grinding' sound that I'm used to from my other robot vac, the Powerbot is far quieter even with the suction feature working at full force. The Powerbot sensors are smart and learn fast as it sensed me moving and turned the other way so not to bump into me or even my curious cat. I had my doubts as to whether the Powerbot could actually clean along the edges since there weren't any bristles protruding from the sides of the vac. And yet, the Powerbot sucked up the hairs and other items I placed in its path. Simply amazing. All the control options that you'd expect with a robot vac are there within the downloadable app or you can simply navigate the physical remote. Either way, easy to use. The other perk of the Powerbot is that it was made to last with easy access cleaning. The debris container pops out and empties easily. What's better is that the filter is WASHABLE! I love this feature because, with my previous robot vac, the filter would fall out when I emptied the catch-all (had to replace it once already). It would seem that Samsung wants to keep their customers happy by providing convenience and not milking replacement parts from their customers. If I had a mere complaint it would be that the stickers that prevent the Powerbot from approaching stair edges are not included and are sold separately. I haven't had an issue with the Powerbot falling off but it would be peace of mind knowing that a fail safe was in place. Overall, the Powerbot R7040 is AMAZING and is worth the investment. If you want clean and quiet at the same time then the Samsung Powerbot is the right choice.

Good vacuum if you can get past setup

The Samsung POWERbot R7040 Robot Vacuum offers some incredible features if you can get past the slightly frustrating setup experience. Setup was a bit frustrating because the Android app wasn’t functioning properly. I first downloaded the Samsung Connect app and it was not compatible with the vacuum and referred me to the SmartThings app. Once downloaded I could not proceed with signing into my Samsung account without downloading the Samsung web browser, which was a bit ridiculous and it felt like Samsung was forcing me to download all of these unnecessary apps and dragging out the process. Once I was finally able to sign in and proceed with adding my vacuum to the app, the vacuum did not want to connect. It kept failing to connect for one reason or another. After about 15 minutes, I was finally able to get it added and then it operated as it should. The app is has a lot of features and you can remotely control it manually, view battery level, change suction level and view its cleaning history. The vacuum itself does an excellent job at cleaning. It collected a full compartment of dust and dirt in my bedroom that was presumably clean. My only complaint with cleaning is that the sensors don’t work the best. Sometimes it will try squeezing into an area that is too small for it and it will try to go up over my wooden chair base. I had this problem with my previous robot vacuum as well though. I was able to set it up to operate via voice with Google Home and Alexa which is very convenient. If I misplace the remote, I can simply say “Hey Google, turn on my PowerBot” and it will start sweeping. Or I can say “Hey Google, turn off my PowerBot” and it will return to its charger. I did have a little trouble charging it once and was stuck with a dead PowerBot. It simply didn’t sit on the charging contacts right. I did have it placed under my dresser which is perfect in height but there isn’t a lot of room in width. With that being said, I recommend placing your charger in an open area if possible, so it doesn’t have any issues while charging. The PowerBot is easy to clean once it is full. Just press the button at the top and the tray will pop out and you can easily clean the filters as well. In closure, the Samsung PowerBot is not a plug and play vacuum. It will need to be setup in order to unlock its full potential and you might hit some bumps along the way during setup. However, once it is up and running you will find that this vacuum has everything you would expect from a Samsung product.

Hands down I prefer my samsung over my IRobot! Samsung has better suction power, is easier on the edges of my furniture and appliances, the rollers are easier to clean and maintain. The hair is less of an issue than it was with my IRobot. The Samsung is quieter and does a better job overall. It cleans the edges better also. Samsung does not get stuck under my dresser or my dishwasher either. It docks when I tell it to unlike my IRobot. And the Samsung does not need 3 feet of clearance around the base. Only negative I have is that it doesn't have an easy carry handle like the IRobot. I did weeks of research and i have to say Samsung earns Best ever! In my book.

I replaced my previous robot vacuum with this one. I'm amazed, every day, at how much stuff this vacuum is pulling out of my carpet. I really liked the previous robot vacuum I had (also a Samsung) and this one has twice the suction power. I haven't connected it to my smart home system, I just use the remote when I'm ready for it to go to work and leave it alone to do its thing. Leave some lights on, though, otherwise it might get "lost" on its way home. My only slightly negative observation about both Samsungs I've had is that it sometimes gets confused around furniture with narrow or thin table or bench legs, for example. I've found it backing up onto or otherwise bumping into a few legs and instead of politely excusing itself and retreating, it sometimes seems to think "If I just push harder in the direction I'm stuck, maybe I'll get out." I've not noticed any damage to any furniture legs, however, but it is something you may want to consider if you have shiny or delicate furniture. While some say the dustbin is small, and that's true, I haven't found that to be a big problem. I actually like emptying it daily; it gives me joy to see how well my robotic friend is working! Back to the home automation stuff, I didn't bother setting that up because, when I tried with my previous model, I never got it to work. In practice, though, I never felt like I lost out on anything. The novelty of telling my home assistant to dispatch the vacuum would have worn off quickly, I think. I can just press a button on the remote on my way out of the room. I cannot speak to the use of the magnetic "no-go" strip. I haven't tried using it. As for the other features, like programmed timers, etc., I can say they work well, though I don't bother with them. But if you need or want those features, they're there and they do work as advertised. Overall, thoroughly impressed and you may find yourself, as we did, naming your vacuum like a pet.

The POWERbot is a Life Saver!!

Let me preface this by saying my wife is a bit of a clean freak, often vacuuming 3-4 (or more) times per week. The PowerBot R7040 is a great solution to this! The vacuum does a great job of picking up more dust, dirt, hair, etc than you would have ever expected to pick up. I am consistently impressed when emptying the dust bin. We have three Labradoodles (non shedding but shaggy which drags leaves inside) and two indoor / outdoor cats (who do shed, a lot!) - our R7040 picks up all that and more. The pets were initially curious (and the cats were a bit apprehensive) but now it's just business as usual. The vacuum does a great job transitioning between our laminated wood flooring and the runner we have down to prevent our old dog from slipping. This time of year, we have boxelder bugs up the wazoo; those get sucked up too. It really makes our quality of life better! The past couple weeks have given us more free time to get other tasks accomplished, which is great out on the farm. Setup was a breeze, and the app is great for remote starting the robot, mapping of vacuumed areas, etc. We were hesitant about purchasing a robot vacuum for a variety of reasons, but this one has surpassed all of our expectations with flying colors. I have noted that the vacuum gets stuck on rare occasions. Our floor grate has caught the bot once (we live in a 120 year old farm house, not surprising), and another time it got stuck between the couch and the fireplace bench, the latter was a simple adjustment. I noted some reviews saying the vacuum died before returning home, but this hasn't been an issue for us in our 1200 sq ft main floor. We will still deep clean on a monthly basis, but the R7040 makes for a great purchase, whether for yourself, for others, or.. both!! As a disclaimer, I reviewed this product as part of The Insiders program.

I read a lot of reviews for roomba's, neato's, etc. I decided to go with the Samsung because of the vacuum rating and the edge feature. After having it run for 3 weeks now, I can honestly say this was probably the best money I've spent this year. The canister is a bit small and sometimes it gets stuck on furniture and needs to be moved and reset, but overall it's rock solid. Cleans the entire first floor of our house on 1 charge. (About 1800 square feet.) Easy to set up and program. The max setting for vacuum is a bit noisy, but quieter than a regular vacuum. It has no issues with hardwood, tile, or carpeted surfaces. I highly recommend this unit especially with the deal Best Buy has on them.

Here is a comprehensive review of the Samsung POWERbot R7040. Overall, set up was pretty easy out of the box, however there is one small "quirk" I have to mention in my review. Many people tend not to read the manuals and if you are one of those people, pay attention here and you will be set. As with most products, this vacuum needs to be fully charged first before you set it to clean your house. First of all, make sure to turn on the emergency switch located on the bottom of vacuum. I wish the manufacturer found a way to bypass that switch all together as an average consumer may not be able to charge the vac unless of course they read the manual. Once that is done, just place the vac manually in the charging dock (make sure the dock is on a level floor and flush against the wall). Good thing about your next charge is - "It's on the house!" meaning that when your vac runs low in Auto Mode, it will automatically return to the docking station to recharge! And what's more if for some reason it did not finish its original job, it will return to the cleaning area after it got enough juice. Samsung calls this feature Smart Charging. Getting your vac to work is also easy. There are two ways to initiate it to start cleaning your room: via a touch button on the unit itself or via its provided remote control. There are four cleaning modes: Auto Clean, Spot Clean, Repeat Clean and Manual Clean. Personally, I have used Auto Clean more often as it sets off to clean your intended area, gets job done and returns to recharge all on its own. However I had to use Manual Clean mode a few times too, which pretty much puts you in control of where your want your vacuum to go and clean by simply using the remote control navigational buttons. I found that this vacuum does a pretty good job in picking up all kinds of debris off your floor or carpet. Just make sure your carpet does not have fringes. Yes, this vacuum does not deal too well with fringes and gets stuck on them easily. Another plus to add, this vacuum is not loud! There are three suction power modes available: Turbo, Normal and Quiet. Advanced options: Connect your vac to WiFi and it'll update its software. With the help of Samsung Connect App, now you can schedule it to clean even when you are not home! You also get all the remote control functions on your phone. Overall, very impressed by this vac. Easy to operate, good suction power, lots of smart options, affordable most important part it leaves your house clean! This review has been completed as a part of the Insiders Program.

I recieved my powerbot and got it setup. It was as easy as unboxing, plugging in the base station and setting it down to charge. After an hour or two, I pressed the start button, and off it went. It cleaned up cat litter no problem and only once in the week we have been using it has it had any kind of issue (It caught a cat toy). I removed the toy, set it back down and away it went. The remote control is nice too, if you see a spot somewhere, you can just drive the robot over and press the vacuum setting you want, and presto, cleaned up. One click of the home button, and it returns automagically and waits until its next scheduled cleaning. I was skeptical about the ability for a robot vacuum to navigate my floor plan, we have lots of furniture and transitions between tile and hardwood here and there, but it does just great, getting into tight spaces and even sliding under furniture to clean underneath. I've emptied the hopper twice in a week and it's surprising how much it holds. Overall I would rate this product very highly, and have recommended it to co-workers already. Samsung has done a great job in engineering this to be super easy to use. 10/10

OK so here is the deal - this is my second robot vacuum I have tested and I have to come to the realization that they can only do so much. When I lower my expectations that the previous statement is true, its pretty ok. This bot has some cool features like cleaning the edges of walls by stopping, putting its engine into high gear and ensuring to stay there to catch all - its a cool feature as this is a huge miss from the robots. The level of intuitiveness is 50/50. Sometimes it has learned my home so well I am shocked. It will go and charge then come back out to ensure it got it all. The maps show it hit it all. Then just that, there are other days that IT HIT IT ALL. My furniture is mid century mod with skinny metal legs. Yeah the bot struggles with that a lot, thinking it is just a threshold. It goes under that craziest spaces and eventually finds its way out but BANG BANG BANG, its a strong little machine. The other day I found it dragging a lamp I had on the floor near my plants. Literally the lamp was riding on the top of the robot. So expect only so much. For what we get in robot vacuums, this one is pretty snazzy and does a great job. I got it on a daily deal here at Best Buy and with that to me was worth the value 100% - pay full price and I would have felt cheated.

First of all I can say that every Samsung product I have ever owned is amazing. I am sold and will never go with any other brand. Second of all I love this vacuum. It literally works better than my regular vacuum. I cant believe the suction power of this Bot. I'm impressed by every aspect of the use of this vacuum. Every morning I wake up and come out to my living room and it's spotless. I can see the working power by the reservoir that I have to empty. Its always full. I'm always amazed by the amount of dust, dog hair, and cat hair that is floating around my house that is left behind my normal vacuuming. I also come home every day from work and there is no dog hair or cat hair all over my floors NOW. I also have tile in my kitchen and it has allowed to not have to sweep every day. This has been a lifesaver and timesaver to the max. I have recommended this vacuum to every one I know. I really hate vacuuming and this has alleviated so much time from my day to day chores. There are so many features that I haven't had the chance to use yet and I really look forward to keep trying new ways to utilize this fantastic tool. I have a cat and a dogthat sheds a lot and this has also helped with our allergies since buying this. I have not a negative thing to say about this awesome Samsung product. I am so glad that I bought it and will continue to be amazed by the technology. I also love the fact that I can control this with Alexa.
