This is my first robot, I bought for my wife, she couldn't choose better! The sale associate provide excellent explanation and let me tell you, it really does the work, keeping my house clean and free of dust and debris, especially if you have pets! Totally recommended

I have been using this in my vacation rental property. It’s worked great I run it while I clean the rest of the house. I use It in all the bedroom. So far Im very happy with it. I don’t use the app but May try soon

When I first purchased it, it was a godsend. Now that I’ve owned it for a little over a year, it’s starting to give me problems. The sensors are not picking up on obstacles causing it to bump into everything lately. Also, it doesn’t hold a charge as it initially did in the beginning.

Great robot for when your always on the go, turn it on and let it do the work for you .

Samsung - POWERbot R7040 , house is much cleaner now. It does take some learning.

This product is priced to sell. The app to control through your phone is horrible and the mapping you are suppose to receive to your phone does not work. If you can overlook that app, then you should get this product. The vacuum is powerful and the brush has a large area compared to others. The vacuum methodically goes back and forth and if it misses a room or two, it will get it the following day.

I got this when it was on sale and it works great. As long as I don't leave cables on the floor it hasn't gotten stuck. I have thicker carpet and it cleans it surprisingly well. After I bought one my parents liked it so much they bought one too.

First week, we were thrilled with this robot vaccum, all wood floors in our home. But by the second week it was a bad game of hide and go seek. It would get lost in our house and die midday. Also not a fan of the location of the brush removal. On the bottom of the machine it would catch on our floor, eject the brush and spew dust throughout our home.

I have owned this model for a year now and have had no issues with it other than taking it apart every once in awhile to clean the hair out of the roller brush. It goes right up to the wall edge and picks up a lot of dog hair, dirt and dust. I love it!

Very happy that I got mine for free. I can’t complain but haven’t used it yet...

Purchased this as a replacement to my Neato D80 when it died for a second time in two years. The vacuum works good, but it's guidance/mapping system does not seem as good as my Neato. This occasional results in missed spots. This mostly isn't an issue because we run the vacuum frequently. I would buy this again. However, I would seriously consider going to the next power tier.

When I purchased the vacuum I was expecting something different than what I received. I thought I could set up a pattern for the vacuum to follow. Not so...I was under the impression that I was purchasing the vacuum that you point a read beam and the vacuum would follow. I am just struggling understanding everything I need to about this vacuum. LOVE IT BUT YOU HAVE TO DEEP CLEAN AFTER 2 OR 3 USE AND YOU NEED TO PICK UP ANY CANDY WRAPPER AND PAPER SO IT WONT GET CLOGGED ALSO YOU CANT HAVE AREA RUG BECAUSE IT THINK ITS A HIGH SPOT SO MOST OF THE TIME IT DOESN'T CLEAN IT BUT IT WORK WAY BETTER THAN I THOUGHT. WISH IT HAD A BIGGER BATTERY SO IT CAN DO THE WHOLE HOUSE

We purchased this vacuum to help keep up with our pet hair problem on our floors and we couldn’t be more then pleased. We set it up to vacuum once a day in the morning and it cleans our whole lower level of our house! We would buy it again!

I absolutely love this vacuum It connects to alexa and my phone. The suction is awesome on tile and carpet flooring. i love the fact it while charge in between cleaning when needed and once fully charged it will continue where it left off.

The robot keeps hitting furniture. It does not recognize dark furniture. Returned it.

We have purchased an additional unit since we bought the first one. Love them.

Acts erratic in operation in that it doesn't follow a routine. Misses spots that need to be directed manually or spot treated. Works fine in avoiding cliffs and does free itself from minor sticking under furniture. Good robotic arm for edges. Overall had higher expectations.
