    The phone i was sold is a piece of junk!!!i bought a refurbished samsumg phone, it is the crappiest phone i have ever owned. I got ripped off for $110.00!!!

    so far so good, switched to 'Twigby' by Verizon, phone setup was easy and fast. all my apps and contacts switched over with no errors. my old samsung phone's screen kept falling off - hanging by the wires
