After about a year of use this phone is still going strong, hasn't slowed down whatsoever. Highly recommend

The phone seems fine until for a week or two then you start realizing that most of the features of your carrier aren't available. the phone stopped being recognizable by my carrier and then began malfunctioning. just in time to miss the return deadline. you are better off not having a phone. Best buy should do better choosing the vendors they work with. Just as shady as everyone else.

Its a great phone. Has great signal. I havent had any issues with the phone at all. Great battery life. Has a perfect camera.

Comes with a little scratches at the back, but in general is a nice model.

I am not a techy person but like to have gadgets that do what I need, don't cost a fortune and are fairly easy to use. This phone fits the requirements for me. I am thrilled with my new purchase and very happy so far with my choice.

Very nice phone. A good replacement for the old LG phone my mom had. She likes that it scrolls and texts fast. Fairly easy to figure out. I like the camera on this phone.....maybe my next phone will be a Samsung too.

Okay, this may seem like a good price, and I once thought too, but it is not. I brought this two months ago alongside a screen protector and a case. I protected it and everything, and guess what, it still broke due to some bad hardware outside my control. I try removing the screen protector, doing a factory reset, and simply cleaning it with the right tool, but none of that works. Turns out, this phone just broke on it own. And now since Bestbuy don't cover Samsung Galaxy phone, I am out of luck. Just a piece of warning, DO NOT BUY THIS.
