Mediocre phone for what i was charged to purchase it

When they say these phones are unlocked they really aren't normally you will get a phone that is attached to a Carrier and they will not be able to fix it. When you get it unlocked phone it should be unlocked and not attached to a Carrier the moment you boot up the phone it should just be clear and say Samsung not attached to Verizon AT&T or Boost Mobile.

From day one this phone has been a nightmare. A nightmare only lengthened and projected in my dreams by the customer service i received. The phone came with a lovely defect that caused the screen to flicker and then go black. At the beginning it would reset and come back on. Then as time wore on the phone (like a week) it began to not want to reset and stay on with a blacked out screen. That was a magical time for me personally because one of the amazing features of this phone is when the power button is pressed 3 times it sounds an alarm and calls 911. I cant use emojis but there would be the one with "are you kidding me" look. After finally finding the option to turn that off and following a new friendly relationship with our local emergency dispatch unit i called the customer service line. One week after purchase and delivery i had only one week left of eligibility for return or exchange. One Week!!!! I was told to take it to my local best buy, which is an hour away, and theyll exchange it. "Oh thank god" i said....unknowingly getting way too excited about getting a defective product sold by a major company fixed. After 20 or 30 minutes of being on the phone setting up an appointment and making sure i didnt have to drive an hour there and an hour back and leave without a phone. Then have to go back in another week to pick it up. That tedious and languishing conversation with someone who had a less than an expoundable concept of the english language led to the amazing news that because my phone was refurbished i dont qualify for an exchange. "Well what am i supposed to do?" I naively ask. Well you can return it and for a nominal "restocking" fee of $50 we'll send you a refund. Needless to say that option was not viable for me since in my eyes i would be paying this multi million dollar conglomerate 50 bucks to send my broken phone back so they could take it apart plug in the ribbon that probably came loose and resell it again. And who cares if screws up again and messes up someone elses month or who cares that im out money and time and sanity. The almighty dollar controls this and most companies. The customer is never right anymore and there will always be a way to make money even off defective products. This company and all those like it are the bane of customer loyalty and the disintegration of proper business ethics and product responsibility. Beware!!!!!

Just got my Samsung Note20…Great purchase! Great deal! Very Good Condition looks like New! No scratch No dents.. No signs of any damage.. Best Buy is always a Great store to shop.

Arrived on time. Recommend. Service was fast in delivery. Samsung is a good quality phone. Highly recommend.

Takes bad pictures. Sometime good, somtimes out of focus. Will lock unfocus Bad camera. Will not focus.

Beware these are preowned banged up, scratches all over the device including the screen. And as other review mentions not a true unlocked phone, its tied to a carrier!

I gotthe phone it was supposed to be a unlocked phone well it wasent when we finally got to use the phone it was defective

I thought the note 20 ultra would be better than my 10+ but it isn't. The stylist don't work, the camera doesn't take good pictures at all. I have a lot more negative than positive to say about it. Very disappointed.

Everything worked except the speaker it was defective and somehow it was just passed along without being checked and put back online for sale .

Very good support and processing from in store customer service. Got every issue handle in a breeze in a timely manner and will definitely be back for more. Phone out of box was great and fully ready for to go. Best Buy Support & Service for Samsung is great and will definitely be my first pick for the future. Thank You Best Buy & Rock on Samsung!
