From day one this phone has been a nightmare. A nightmare only lengthened and projected in my dreams by the customer service i received. The phone came with a lovely defect that caused the screen to flicker and then go black. At the beginning it would reset and come back on. Then as time wore on the phone (like a week) it began to not want to reset and stay on with a blacked out screen. That was a magical time for me personally because one of the amazing features of this phone is when the power button is pressed 3 times it sounds an alarm and calls 911. I cant use emojis but there would be the one with "are you kidding me" look. After finally finding the option to turn that off and following a new friendly relationship with our local emergency dispatch unit i called the customer service line. One week after purchase and delivery i had only one week left of eligibility for return or exchange. One Week!!!! I was told to take it to my local best buy, which is an hour away, and theyll exchange it. "Oh thank god" i said....unknowingly getting way too excited about getting a defective product sold by a major company fixed. After 20 or 30 minutes of being on the phone setting up an appointment and making sure i didnt have to drive an hour there and an hour back and leave without a phone. Then have to go back in another week to pick it up. That tedious and languishing conversation with someone who had a less than an expoundable concept of the english language led to the amazing news that because my phone was refurbished i dont qualify for an exchange. "Well what am i supposed to do?" I naively ask. Well you can return it and for a nominal "restocking" fee of $50 we'll send you a refund. Needless to say that option was not viable for me since in my eyes i would be paying this multi million dollar conglomerate 50 bucks to send my broken phone back so they could take it apart plug in the ribbon that probably came loose and resell it again. And who cares if screws up again and messes up someone elses month or who cares that im out money and time and sanity. The almighty dollar controls this and most companies. The customer is never right anymore and there will always be a way to make money even off defective products. This company and all those like it are the bane of customer loyalty and the disintegration of proper business ethics and product responsibility. Beware!!!!!

Just got my Samsung Note20…Great purchase! Great deal! Very Good Condition looks like New! No scratch No dents.. No signs of any damage.. Best Buy is always a Great store to shop.

Beware these are preowned banged up, scratches all over the device including the screen. And as other review mentions not a true unlocked phone, its tied to a carrier!

I thought the note 20 ultra would be better than my 10+ but it isn't. The stylist don't work, the camera doesn't take good pictures at all. I have a lot more negative than positive to say about it. Very disappointed.

I knew I shouldn't expect much when it comes to a refurbished phone, but this don't took the cake. I can tell both the front and rear glass was replaced as the gaping on this phone is horrible and almost no case will fit unless it is a full covering case, the front glass is actually tinted so I cannot use the auto brightness and must have my screen set to about 75% brightness, and the battery of this phone has been heavily declining since I purchased it four months ago to the point that it has actually expanded the phone a bit and cracked the back glass.
I have attempted to file the warranty through best Buy, but they direct you to Samsung who in turns redirects you back to Best Buy.
