The to half of if it completely stopped working which really hurt my feelings because I needed a new phone so bad. I had to call off work because I couldn't clock in with the app I have to use for my job. I really thought they were supposed to check everything before selling but apparently this was not the case. So now I have to wait days for a return and still without a phone. The information I had on there had to be erased because they had to force factory reset it and the top half still didn't work. I am very disappointed in Geek Squad. Do Not Buy!

After days of trying to jump through v hoops to get the phone fully unlocked, u had to ultimately return it to best buy.

Charged A Fee When I Was Sent The Wrong Phone

Even more irritated that I was charged $45.00 to return the wrong product for a restocking fee. I don't know why i owed that fee when it was the wrong phone and i feel that's ridiculous. I will just go through my mobile carrier from now on when it comes to getting a new phone.
