Got this used from Best Buy after dealing with another make of phone for 6 months. I was so disgusted with the previous phone! The only place where the previous phone outperformed was speed. I don't care! Back in the Samsung line!

Received a 128 gig model instead of 256. Buyer Beware. The Phone is fine and im going to keep because the 256 is currently out of stock and best buy does not want to work with me to get this issue resolved. As in price difference between 256 and 128 gig. $120 owed to me. They want me to return it. Pay the 45 restock fee. Then ship me the correct phone. ( Which they were supposed to do from the getgo. )Which is currently out of stock. Round and round to no avail. They will not just refund me $120. Ridiculous. I wont be buying much if at all anymore from best buy. Thank you for opening my eyes. The next RadioShack here.

I had this phone when it just came out a few years ago i bought it brand new, i had it for 1 year and a half with no problems at all and i give to one of my sisters like a present for her birthday, so i bought the iphone 14 pro max brand new as well, long short story the iphone started malfunctioning and apple said it was my faul and that i need to buy the whole new screen for 340 dollars when the phone was worth 400 so i didn't make any sense. I bought this phone once again 2 weeks ago and im surprised i got it for 500 bucks, it's and "old" phone that keeps up with the newer phone nowdays and im totally satisfaced with the purchase.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! AFTER EXACTLY 3 WEEKS OF RECEIVING THE PHONE, BATTERY WAS NOT HOLDING CHARGE, THEY SENT ME TO AN AUTHORIZED SAMSUNG STORE. (GEEK SQUAD) IN PINOLE, WAY OUT THERE! FOR THEM TO TELL ME, YES YOUR BATTERY DOESN'T WORK AND YOU HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE. THERE'S NO WARRANTY, BECAUSE IT'S A PRE-OWNED ITEM, THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY EXPIRED. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY. WE DIDN'T BUY A $10 DLLS. ITEM. IT SHOULD HAVE SOME KIND OF WARRANTY.
