So for so good! I've only had it 24 hours, but it's arrived in stellar condition! Looks brand new, my only concern so far is that the speaker sounds like it's broken whist placing videos etc.. I'm going to have my son take a listen. Would have preferred that it hadn't been shipped in a flimsy barely padded envelope as the very generic box it came in was banged up some. I'm a heavy user of devices due to gaming, and reading etc.. So the battery seemed to give up the ghost rather quickly yesterday. Will definitely keep an eye on that.

Straight up scam. Phone works for a week then die! Pre owned phones are ball game , if you lucky enough you might end up getting some good phone !

My refurbished note 9 works very well. I would have liked the screen to have less scratches, but this is a good replacement for my note 8. I will probably co tinue to buy my phones in this way since the new versions are pricey. I am happy. I am very happy with Best Buy and the extended warranty.

My daughter loves her phone it work fast and its just right for her i want to put up pictures but she got her phone with her i know where to go to get an other unlock phones gor now on

This device holds up awesome in 2022. Had vwry minor cosmetic damage. Hardly noticeable. Battery life is ok, but the haedware in this ohone cant be beat for those wanting a headphone jack with a spen

I love my note! I wish the newer models took memory chips.

Great device, looks nice, but was NOT unlocked as Bestbuy said it was. Phone is still tied to Verizon. Bestbuy wont unlock the phone, Verizon wont unlock the phone. And the only solution Best Buy can come up with is a store credit. So a complete waste of time to purchase. Best purchase ever if you enjoy long meaningless calls to your network provider, and dont want to actually use this device for anything but searching the net.

Phone works great. No problems setting it up with Verizon. Didnt have any scratches or dents. Everything works on the phonelooks and works properly. Very satisfied.
