No micro sd slot. Phone was a Verizon phone supposedly refurbished as an AT&T phone. Unfortunately 40% of the installed programs thought they were still on Verizon and were inoperable. Returned it and bought a J7.

This smartphone is advertised as “unlocked” but when it arrived it is locked as Verizon carrier, it didn’t work on other SIM card. Took the phone back to BestBuy and talked to the Geek Squad they give me geek squad number to called. Now waiting on the phone for geek squad is a bit long but the help I got is very helpful, and he send me a replacement so I have to return the original one back to the seller.

I purchased this Samsung S6 phone as my other phone had died. I didn't want to spend hundreds for a new phone. This phone came in and looked great. It had been sold as a refurbished phone. But after about two weeks the battery would not last but about four hours. Finally after a month it would not charge. I called Best Buy and found out it only had a 15 day warranty. They gave me a different phone number to call and I found out this was some third party. I will consider a lost 102 dollars on this purchase what a waste

They called it unlocked but it was not. Please do not believe bestbuy on unlocked phone. Also they were asking for restocking fee

good phone for the price, decent for little daily use, no complaints, sounds good.

this review is for Best Buy and Phone..Description says phone is unlocked to other carriers, including mine, At&t. No It was NOT. wasted time buying this item, please change your description of this phone. it kept saying verizon even when i went to At&t to get a new sim card..one good thing is i got my money back

if it's required only verizon sim card, i would not consider it unlocked. Phone function is good overall. I liked it.

Very bad, in the same day stop working work it's blocked and hot like something that gonna explode. Isn't recommended! And I suppose to return it in 27th August since 25 I don't have access to do that.

Sometimes keys get stuck. Overall a good phone. Would buy again.

This was a great phone, very good condition and etc.Loved the camera and everything. They only thing I had a problem with was getting my sims to work so make sure your carrier will work.

i thought i was unlock for any carrier and it is not i cant use it with t mobile i try to return it and they were charging me 40 to return it!! so disappointed

Could not activate phone as it was not compatible to my Network. Damion at the Wausau store found me a compatible that worked and I am now a happy camper!

Good price looks new but battery may need replacing?

shopping for an unlocked refurbished phone was a new adventure for me. it seemed daunting at first, but Best Buy made it reasonable and easy. i just took it into my carrier, and they set me up using my existing number. easy. mission accomplished.

Would not charge with the charger it came with or any other chargers.. it was really dinged up and the customer service gave me a hard time returning it when it clearly arrived broken and didn’t even get to use it because it wouldn’t charge ..

It was returned because it was not working with T-mobile. It was a verizon pjhone

not worth the money at all. very old for this generation
