Great compatibility with my set up and excellent sound customization. Occasionally get a tinny sound when connected via HDMI, but turning on and off for a moment fixes it.

Samsung Q series Soundbar

The sound feels like it is surrounding me from all sides. The subwoofer does it's job exceptionally well. It took a while to set this up as I wanted to hide all the wiring in the wall for a clean installation. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase as if this writing

Music on youtube sounds great and movies with the bass tuned up feels like I’m at a movie theater. It shocked me the first time i used it. the subwoofer is powerful and can be heard throughout the whole house which is pretty cool. It is pricy but if you care about quality this is a good sound bar and sub combo.

Sometimes it feels like there is sound coming from the left and right of us when we sit on the couch. The sub woofer I love also you can almost feel it when it is going but not in an overwhelming way. Highly recommend.

From the time we turned it on we new we made a great choice. I now enjoy watching TV and listening to the music channels without hearing assistance.

Unfortunately, the system unexpectedly disconnects from a Samsung TV, making it an unpleasant experience.I requested guidance from my local Best Buy and went through the whole troubleshooting process book to solve the problem, but had no luck. Thus, I am forced to take it back and look for better a working alternative.

If available, we recommend using the HDMI connection to your TV.
Connecting your soundbar to a TV through HDMI will provide the best audio and user experience, often eliminating any connection or delay issues you may be experiencing. There are 2 ways to connect your soundbar with HDMI: you can connect a device to your soundbar (like a Blu-ray player) and then connect the soundbar to the TV, or you can use HDMI ARC. The first method will give you the best possible sound from external devices you regularly use. ARC is the way to go if you want great sound from streaming apps on your TV and a soundbar.
