||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were told these speakers were a great option for a Bluetooth surround sound system in our living room as we did not want to have to concern ourselves with hiding wires. After two hours of trying to sync up the speakers with the app on our phones and an extremely frustrating conversation with technical support, we were advised that our LG TV was not compatible. Buyer beware, they basically want you to have a Samsung TV. Needless to say, I packaged the speakers back up and exchanged then for a smaller, less expensive wireless speaker that we are much happier with and setup was a breeze.

Better distance with the wifi app. Does not work as a wireless surround speaker with the approved sound bar and app. Never did work together. Had to take the other speaker back. Like the sound bar too. Fact is. Unfortunately it only works with an approved Samsung tv. I am a critiquing musician who likes quality sound. The fact that your new technology which sounds good in theory should work with any television to be quality. Like Yamaha, klipsch, Polk audio, jbl, definitive technology. After returning and boxing it up twice. I finally kept the sound bar using only 60% of its full capability and used the wireless supposed rear speaker as a seperate Bluetooth speaker.

They are not listed in the instructions. You go into the Samsung music app to adjust the settings on the 360 speaker, it's not part of the multiroom app like it should be.

Not good for using as rear speakers

It is a very good speaker for Bluetooth devices as a stand alone unit. Excellent sound as a speaker just not good as a unit of spesakers.

Lots of midrange but little high end and no bass to speak of. Disappointing product from a quality manufacturer. Android software was great. I exchanged it for a Bose mini link. Best Buy exchanged it without question. Thank you for that.
