  • Cracked picture surround

    Great deal on a good TV... assuming it doesn't come broken from the factory. The model I received had a cracked picture surround trim. Not just a small crack, i'm talking from the corner of the picture all the way to the back side of the set. VERY Disappointing. Returned to local best buy store no problem. Going to try ordering another- hopefully this one won't come damaged from the factory!!

    Buy a new one. 1st one didn't work (no picture). Second one was not only scratched up, but the plastic wrap they use stuck so much it left glue over all of the plastic parts. Needed a solvent to get it off! Good TV, just buck up and buy a new one.

      We appreciate your review, but want to correct the misconception you noted. This television actually does come with a remote control - specifically the original type that shipped with this television. We can't account for why the remote may have not been available when you went to purchase it at your local store, but rest assured that we have verified that the remote is included.
