Not bad, definition's not great, built in screen size settings could be better too.

this TV is light, stable, easy to put together and for 720p 60Hz has a very smooth fluid picture for watching broadcast sports, vhs, dvd, netflix from a roku box and blu ray. refurbished they have set the sound equalization and volume to custom and at half maximum volume, it sounds more than adequate to fill a 15 x 20' living room with TV sound, not like the movies of course. Very simple to operate, great tuner sensitivity hooked to the roof top antenna from the analog age. We finally upgraded my in-laws to LCD from CRT tube for their anniversary and they could not be more pleased.

Its a good TV for price, its refurb but picture & sound quality is far better than any other 32 inch new cheap TVs. It ships free. it does not have 3.5mm stereo jack and TV stand does not tilt or swivel.

I have several TVs now from Samsung and I continue to be satisfied. I recommend the extra $$ for a good name, Great features and very easy menu scroll. I just wish there was a unique button on the remote that would scan my favorite channels (that can be selected). 720p is just fine with HDMI.

Beware...Best Buy's info is probably incorrect. Unless audio connections were added as part of the refurbishment process, this set has NO auxiliary audio output, not even a headphone jack. And according to many online reviews, the internal speakers are only adequate at best. Open the box in the store and check the set that you're buying to see if it has an audio output in the rear panel (not likely). Another Samsung model, the UN32eh4000 (not 4003), does have optical audio out and a headphone jack.

Great Price, Great Picture Quality, Great Sound Quality, and Easy Set Up!

I purchased this item online and requested the definition of refurbished by a Best Buy rep. before I purchased this item. When I received the item and made all proper connections, I can tell right away that this TV was NEVER "refurbished" The screen displayed many horizontal lines of blue, red and pink. Absolutely no screen display or remote control command was displayed. I was told that refurbished items are sent back to the manufacturer to be repaired to new quality. Well, this TV was just sent back to the manufacturer, if that!, and someone just took it out of one box and placed in another box to be shipped for sale by Best Buy. In other words, I can guarantee that nobody looked at this TV or made an attempt at repair. Total waste of time. It's just a shame, since I am a big Samsung TV fan.

The TV was was marked down to a great price, it arrived promptly, was carefully repackaged, and looks and performs like new. The only evidence that it was used was someone's leftover attempt to load Slingbox on channel 19.

Perfect hdtv for my needs. Clear and crisp screen! Has no vga input other than that its great. Looks beautiful with my ps3. You can't be this price!!

when I try to connect with my computer there have no VGA input &Remote control not working when I went to one of the store they are not giving any help with it they told me to send it back, the service is very suck.

Receive the TV just now, will return because the plastic frame was broken at its top left
