The sound of these headphones is good. But I wouldn't recommend using them for activities that are physically demanding.

Case design is good. I like the stem design, but the buds themselves feel cheap and flimsy. The pinch function works, but volume slide barely works if at all. Maybe a future software update will fix? Yet to be seen. Call sound quality is often lacking. In-ear fit is problematic and doesn't allow for good noise cancelation. Hopefully it can be adjusted with future updates as well.

Greetings ChrisD, thank you for finding the time out of your day to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds3. Your feedback is appreciated as we strive to be innovative and improve the design and functionality of our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. Feel free to check out, "No, low, or poor audio quality on Samsung earbuds" to conduct some troubleshooting steps on your device to help resolve what you may be experiencing. If you're wearing your earbuds properly, you'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. No one wants to lose an earbud, especially while out jogging, so be sure to wear them with the proper fit. Being that the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. All you have to do to get started is simply place them in your ears. 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. Feel free to check out, "How to wear your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and 3 Pro" if you would like more information. Feel free to reach back out if you have any questions or if you would like any further assistance. Thank you for being a dedicated Samsung customer. - Debra Samsung

I've tried to enjoy this product, but it really doesn't seem to stay in place. It seems to be okay for some users, but it's specific for only a certain type of ear, I'm not that type. So it falls off frequently and onky stays in place if I'm sitting in a certain position and still. Moving is asking for them to fall out. Be sure this is for you before keeping them. If not, they will be more of a nuisance, and thats a pain for the price.

It's great to hear from you, Zojiro. We always look forward to getting insights from our valued customers. We see that you reached out to share your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3. The Galaxy Buds3 offers an impressive listening experience by allowing you to focus on the sounds you love while filtering out unwanted distractions through Active Noise Cancellation. Designed as open-type buds, they don't require ear tips, making them easy to use—simply place them in your ears, ensuring that the L and R markings align correctly with your left and right ears. For optimal sound quality, angle the microphone towards your mouth and adjust the fit by rotating the buds slightly until they feel comfortable. If you have any further concerns or questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us at Support. -Kelvin Samsung

For the price they just aren't worth it. They dont stay in my ears at all, they barely even sit in my ears honestly. So they have zero noise canceling ability because theres no seal. They fall out almost immediately. They feel cheap, both the buds and the case like they wouldn't hold up well over time. I was excited to finally have Galaxy Buds (I love my galaxy phones and watch!) but these were a big miss. Sadly returning them. The only two good things I can say is they connected with my phone super easily and the sound does seem good, but would be better if they actually fit my ears.

Not really liking the style of them, nice color. I had really bad issues the first 2 months with connectivity. During calls it would randomly switch back to phone mode and i would miss good amount of what was said while trying to reconnect. Havent had any issues lately not sure if there was an update. Do your research before you commit.

I bought these out of not know how they would fit. After having them for about two weeks i could barely get them to stay in my ear. So i returned them got the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 pro. I absolutely love the feel of these vs the galaxy buds 3. Only recommendation, try them on before buying.
