Transitioning from an old 3G phone to the S4 was a leap into the 21st century. The amount of features that the phone offers, along with the latest version of Android make this my new best friend. Combined with Verizon's excellent service, this 4G phone is one that I will not give up.

These phones work great.. .sometimes better than a new one out of the box since they have the "bugs" fixed already. The Samsung Galaxy S4 is a workhorse of a phone... If you don't need the BIG BIG sreen of the S5 or the "its new" of the S6. this phone works fine. Only negative is that if you have never owned a Samsung before, the Android ops system is a little different that some of the other phone retailer.... So it does take some education to figure out how to do what you need to.

I bought it online from Best Buy. It was packaged well, and was in great condition. Works fine. Saved money buying a refurbished phone instead of new.

I was in the market for a new phone due to my old one having a cracked screen with no replacement models in the Geek Squad inventory. I looked at all models of phone available and came across the used Samsung Galaxy S4. My partner had the same device and seemed to enjoy the use of it. I couldn't have been happier with my choice; the battery is removable, the screen is nice a big, the OS is crisp, internal storage is fine for someone who can add a external memory card of their choice. The camera leaves a bit to be desired as it does not compare to an iPhone, or later model Android device. I would buy this product again.
