Ive had it for about 3 months now, its a good phone as long as you have the correct carrier (sprint phones no longer works with cricket) so i had to buy it twice to get an AT&T model and get a refund on the other sprint model. The company was understanding to my issue and allowed the return no questions asked, my advice is to make sure the phone is compatible with your Carrier before buying but that aside great deal and in perfect condition!

Best Buy did not check to see if the phone was lost or stolen before they sent it out. When I got it, Sprint told me that it was reported lost or stolen. When we called afterwards they started off by saying Sprint might have made a mistake playing it off that it wasn't Best Buy's mistake. After being on the phone for about an hour or two, Best Buy finally owned up to their mistake, but then they did not have any other phones to exchange the stolen one with. For the little time I actually had the phone it seemed like it worked fine until I tried setting it up with sprint, but Best Buy's overall customer service was very poor.
