I had my phone stolen and needed a replacement without spending a fortune. This pre owned Galaxy 5S was just what I needed. It was in brand new condition. There was not a single scratch on it. Tje screen was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this used phone from Best Buy to anyone. This purchase has more than exceeded my expectations. I will buy my next phone from here as well...probably the pre owned Galaxy S6.

good sprint phone like it ! can use for ringplus service!

I am finally using my phone and discovered that the hot spot does not function and the data does not work sometimes when my husband uses his just fine (same phone and carrier). The Sprint refurbished phone has a Verizon back on it. The charger it came with isthe cheapest one on the market too. Not the original Samsung Galaxy charger.

Day 31 after the purchase the screen went black. No damage or impact to phone, just dead screen and unable to use. Waste of money

Had to order this in a rush when my husband broke his other S5. Works just like new.

Delivery was fast, phone was packed in a box with care of being dropped or mishandled. The phone was flawless condition like a brand new phone. All the functions works very well. The only thing is that it doesn't come with a SIM card. It comes with a single pin charger not a double pin that the phone originally came with,. But other than that I'm satisfied with my purchase. Thanks best buy :)

Phone came all scratched up. Returned it. Would not buy from here again.

The first phone I received was in great condition (just missing the USB connection cover for waterproofing). However, it was only 16GB and I didn't realize this until after I had it activated by Sprint and was charged $36 for the activation. Best Buy customer service was great and sent out another phone since mine was 16GB. They also credited my account for the Sprint activation charge since I will have to activate the new phone when it arrives. Unfortunately, the new phone I received was also 16GB. I took both of them into the store but they couldn't help me since these were pre-owned and told me to call customer service again. I contacted customer service again and they said the only thing they could do was send me another, but it will probably be 16GB again, or refund me. I decided to keep the 16GB phone and buy a microSD card, but it's obviously not as good as internal memory.

The phone is in perfect condition, but it is a 16 GB, not a 32. Hence why I only gave 4 stars.

I know the phone's fine because I have one for work, but buying a refurbished one from best buy is pointless because they don't come with sim cards and as I learned by wasting my time running to sprint stores they can't be bought anymore. Had this thing overnighted because I needed it quickly, now I'm back to square one and waste time returning this thing.
