Samsung makes some of the best phones, period. Often, their phones are even better than Apple. This is my 2nd galaxy 5 my 4th Samsung phone overall. Seems only includes some nifty tools on their phones. There is a built-in task manager, quick access to settings such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and a fast interface to boot. The galaxy S5 is the last Samsung phone to have a removable battery. This is helpful in being able to extend the life of the phone, rather than having to dispose of it when the battery life starts to suffer. Well I may like new technology, the rest of my family can take it or leave it. The removable battery and support for SD cards is a killer combination. Getting this phone without a contract for under $300 simply sealed the deal.

Verizon did not make a 32 gigabyte version of this phone. One of the two phones received was damaged but I kept one because of the great price. The phone has been functioning well and I am satisfied with the purchase. If Best Buy correct the information to show that this is a 16 gigabyte phone then I might recommend it.

Item was not advertised as used, but had obvious signs of wear and use.

A good replacement for my S4 at a reasonable cost. A few marks on the case and the charging port cover was missing, but not unexpected. I simply put the SIM card from by S4 into this phone and everything worked as before. I had to transfer some photos and reset my home pages.

Samsung is the best, good price.still growing strong after 3 yrs.

For a refurbish phone, this works well and no complaints!

The site clearly lists this as a 32GB model, however it is only a 16GB model. I called customer service and rather than offering to send me the 32GB model or compensating me in some way, they said that there is no 32GB model available for replacement and my only option was to return the phone for a refund. It was very disappointing to not get the product that is advertised and as well as finding out that there is no 32GB option available. Other than the size disappointment, the phone is in excellent condition and works well.

I really like the Galaxy S 5. it's a great phone. Buying this refurbished from Best Buy, (not a marketplace seller) the box did not contain a manual & the charger is a cheap after-market single port one, NOT the white dual port charger that came with my brand new S 5. It does NOT come with a SIM card which is a minor annoyance which Best Buy should display more prominently.

Although the fact thats it is 16GB, instead of the 32GB in the description, it is perfect and looks like new.

This is a 16gb phone, not 32gb. Other than the false advertising on the size of the memory, it is a good phone, looked new.
