This was a great deal! I purchased this phone for my husband and would never buy something refurbished from any place other than Best Buy due to the reputation of their company and the fact that they stand behind the products they sell. This phone looks brand new and preforms as if it has never been used. It would have got 5 stars if not for the previous owners location history popping up continuously when first activating the phone.

Just like new, but half the price. Super fast. Great camera. I couldn't be happier with this phone. I would highly recommend this purchase.

I purchased this phone after breaking that glass on my old phone. I needed to buy a phone outright to keep my unlimited data through Verizon and buying refurbished is sooooooooo much cheaper than buying brand new! Why not buy refurbished?! It has the same warranty and you aren't making payments every month only to trade it in for $20 credit towards a new phone a year later. I really like that this is an option. This phone takes great pictures and works really well all around. A couple times I have noticed that it gets pretty hot, but I think it was when it was on the couch with no way to breathe. Great phone, great price, super happy!

I really love this phone. Wish it were bigger. I never realized what a bad phone I was given by Verizon until I purchased this phone. Wish it were bigger but it is a great phone.

I recently upgraded from the S3 and found the transition to be easy, which is not always the case when getting a new phone. However, I miss having an SD slot to expand the memory, and I'm not a fan of the placement of the speaker (bottom of phone).

I had upgraded from a Galaxy S3 purchased a certified refurbished Galaxy S6. I wish it had an expandable micro SD slot, but so far have not run into the problem of low memory (thankfully).

It's just like getting a brand new phone for half the price. Good for people like me who took their phone into the hot tub accidentally. Oops.

Definitely a good option since I didn't want to"upgrade" or extend my plan. Not too bad a price and still has the new warranty.

The phone was in great condition, it did not have any scratches on it. It also takes amazing photos. I gave it a four because I had to reset it once when it froze on me. Hopefully it was a one time thing.

Based in functionality, it is a clear winner against iPhone. It is a little overpriced as its direct competitor, but it is worth it. Very durable and a great quality construction.

Battery doesn't keep a charge. I start using phone at 7 and by noon it is at less than 25%.

My Verizon 2 year phone contract was not up yet but I was in need of a new phone. I decided to go the refurbished route through Best Buy and I am very satisfied! The phone was in mint condition, works blazing fast, and I have had no issues with it. I love the camera and it is so thin and is a great fit in the pocket. Overall, there is nothing I have found that shows this phone is different than a brand new model. MY ONLY DISCLAIMER: I had a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which uses a regular SIM Card. The Samsung Galaxy S6 uses a nano SIM card which is a slightly smaller SIM card. I went into Verizon Wireless and they were able to switch my old SIM card out and put the new nano SIM card in and they didn't charge me anything.

This phone has the latest functions and the best part: I got it at almost half the price of the retail price.
