nice upgrade from my s4 ....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.!if you get a refurbished phone and it asks for a pin when you turn the phone on ,do a factory data reset! NOTE: I've had this phone for 3 days... Best buy mobile and Verizon store thoughts.. I needed a new sim, so I had this shipped to a best buy mobile store. Unfortunately, they didn't have a sim card. So, I had to go downstairs to the Verizon store for the sim. When the Verizon employee turned the phone on, it asked for a pin. She stated that best buy screwed up and there was no way around it and to return the phone. I went back to best buy mobile. He held the power button and the volume key down which will give you an option to reset the phone. And all was fixed. Great manager at that mobile store.... The phone itself.... It reminds me of my s4 but way better. Much faster, more memory, better camera. I like all the customization options by way of themes and other options. I like being able to print from my phone. It definitely feels and looks brand spanking new.

Great phone, missing some stuff

However what I thought I purchased was a refurbished phone but what I received was marked "pre-owned" all over. It did not come in the original packaging just a generic white box with no manual, headphones, or a tool to open the sd card slot. It only comes with a 90 Best Buy warrenty and nothing from Samsung. However, the phone was in perfect condition

S7 DID NOT INCLUDE WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO

It did not come in the box. The nasty customer service reps hung up on me twice. They told me to download and print out the manual, which is 196 pages. I offered to return phone since it wasn't as advertised. The reps said I'd be charged $35restocking, which is absurd, for a misrepresented item.
