Good phone

You get the phone and no documentation. 2. Wrong charging cord included. BestBuy did pack a microUSB cord with the phone, which is useless. The S8/S8+ use a USB C cable. 3. Missing SIM card ejector tool. Yup, that little key thing was missing as well. No idea if BestBuy or a third party wiped the phone. Once I can charge it I can finally see what they did with it. One good thing is for this being used/refurb, the case and screen are spotless.

Missing parts
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this phone and it was mentioned to include earbuds, wall charger and cable. I didn't get earbud and cable and charger too is not of Galaxy s8 but the older phone. The phone came in just plastic wrap.
