The quantity of selections can look a little overwhelming at first but after a few tries it's actually very logic driven and quite easy to use.

Decided to go with this one after comparing with LG which had a smaller capacity, so far happy with the product and havent had any issues

I was lucky enough to purchase this item as a display item with an additional discount, so I got a GREAT deal. I would not have purchased it at the normal price. Now that I have had it a few weeks, I love this dryer. I am still trying to figure out some of the cycle options and I typically refer to the user guide before each cycle to try a new setting so I can find the ones I like. Also, the drying rack has come in handy a few times when we needed to air out shoes. Looking forward to many more years of use, I hope!

This dryer is great! I love the steam option, takes out all of the wrinkles in less than 15 minutes, I haven't used an iron or ironing board since buying this dryer. It is also very quiet and easy to remove the lint after the drying cycle has been completed. The sensor works great and haven't had any wet clothes after running the cycle completely. I also love the tune after the cycle has finished. In addition to getting an excellent washer and dryer, I had gone into Best Buy to get the smaller washer and dryer set, but they were out of stock and on backorder for that one and any version I thought of after that, so they gave me the bigger models for the same price. Very impressed with the customer service and the washer and dryer work great.

I bought this in May, 2018. It is wonderful. The many settings are helpful - I've used most of them even thought I didn't think I would. The option to add steam to remove wrinkles is amazing. It's quiet, quick, and perfect. I would for sure recommend this dryer!

I read the instruction manual but I could have operated the machine without having done so. The buttons are intuitive and follow a logical, systematic progression. The machine is quite and does a great job cleaning. The spin cycle is efficient and leaves the clothes drip dry. I love this machine.

Love the super speed option on the dryer for short cycles also love the stream dry to freshen up clothes

So far so good. This is a relatively new purchase, but so far I’m very pleased with it. I needed a larger capacity and this really fit the bill. The performance has been great. I wanted to get away from gas, and I don’t regret the move.

The dryer works great and the delivery and service from best buy was good.

The tones/sounds are similar to a luxury car experience. The machine operates quietly, efficiently and most of all Drys your clothes. The steam dry is excellent for those wrinkled items that the iron can’t even rescue.

Dryer works great. I like the steam option. Only downside is the top scratches easy.

This dryer has met almost all of my expectations, and even exceeded some. I never thought the steam function would be remotely useful, but it has substituted for ironing so many times. My only complaint is the noise it makes while running--I know dryers aren't the quietest appliances, but this particular one likes to make quite a ruckus. If you can tolerate the noise, it's a great deal.

LOVE IT!!!! The end of cycle isn't an annoying buzzer. It's a nice chime. We have the option to purchase a thumb drive that makes it WiFi enabled. That way if we are outside, upstairs or just next door, we can keep it running so the clothes don't wrinkle. The steam feature is awesome! It's cheaper than the Flex and I like it better!

This dryer does it's job. Has so many features we don't use, but will hopefully learn about them. Even has a rack to dry shoes. QUiet operations and we're glad to have it.

We bought this dryer with our Samsung washing machine. The dryer has a very large capacity with lots of features. The steam option is also very nice for quickly freshening up clothes​ and getting out wrinkles.

Very simple to use with any operation you know how long it will take to complete. Very quiet Keep in mind it needs a water line as it can steam

Unbelievable great best buy at Best Buy. Looks and works great with many settings. Best of all is energy efficiency because we have solar and it barely costs anything to run. Super quiet too!

Washer is very quiet, and efficient. We washed two comforters that our dry cleaner could not get fully clean and they both came out spotless and like new from this washer!! Highly recommend.
