    Phone cracked the first drop! 2 feet! 0 for 1! The phone clearly isn't sound, but this case is so bad it's maddening! IT HAD ONE JOB TO DO! AND IT FAILED! And I bought it just til I could get a better one. It couldn't do the job for 2 days! Samsung's Quality seems to be going down.

    The phone is supposed to be unlocked but it is not. It has a password and my cousin in the Gambia is not able to the phone. I am very disappointed because I specifically asked for an unlocked phone
