This works much better than the previous model. Sincs to the internet and other Apps easily.

It a great device. I have no issues with it so far. I have smart Samsung TV and it's compatible with it.

Good upgrade to an old blue ray player. I was surprised to find the power cord is fixed to the device.

Overall a great product. Versus earlier versions of some Samsung products, the user interface here is very intuitive. Good collection of apps. You can definitely tell which apps Samsung is "pushing", but the list is a good one, eg, Pandora, Netflix, Hulu, etc. Good selection. Have a Samsung TV as well, and I really like how all of the Samsung remotes are now effectively interchangeable.

This replaced and older model. Very easy to install and user friendly.

I got this blue-ray player mainly because I needed the "smart capabilities" , apps like redbox, netflix and youtube are what I was looking for, without having t buy a new TV. The only problem I see, is that comes with only HDMI outputs. If you have and older TV or receiver, you can't use the player.

I wanted a new blueray player for my new Samsung smart 3D plasma tv and this unit brings out the best out of my tv! The picture is perfect and the load time is quick. It even makes movies I have seen before on this tv look better.

I bought this 3D Blu-Ray player to replace my outdated one. This model is small in size, thin, sleek, and I love it. Works great, quality is what I expected. I use it in conjunction with my 55" Samsung 3D TV and installation was so easy a child could have done it (although I would not recommend doing that).

Really like this Blu Ray. Works great and was easy to set up. I do not use the 3D feature but bought this model because of the many connection options that are available on this machine. It allowed me to hook up my sound bar and get great sound. Highly recommend.

Easy configuration and connection. Hardest part of the installation was opening the box. Plug the device in and connected to TV and my TV turned on and configured the set-up. Great when your equipment does the work for you. I'm sold on Samsung

I generally opt for Samsung or Sony TVs and players and never have had a disappointment. This unit however is the exception, after using an app for three weeks it suddenly stopped working - a "failure to make a digital connection" issue. I tried to reload app but reloaded also failed. Samsung customer tried to help but no success with app. My further research indicated this is not an uncommon issue with this unit. Returned it with no hassle - great service from Best Buy- and purchased a Sony. Still like Samsung but will be selective and research units better.

I love this samsung Blu ray it has many apps which are free or cost money. I use it mainly for netflex. I had a ps3 and the picture now is the best quality even for non Blu ray movies.
