Great featured but expensive compared to some of the other brands.

This is a good camera. The wide view is enough for what I need. Would be nice to be able to pan/tilt.

I may not be the world's most tech-savvy individual, but after trying to connect one of these units to my home wireless network and failing, I called Samsung's technical support. They walked me through setting it up via a LAN cable, then trying to update it and connect to my wifi network. When I updated it, the status light changed colors, indicating a failure of the wifi antenna. When I passed this on to tech support, they said oh, that happens sometimes. We recommend you return the unit for a new one where you purchased it. The second unit would not connect via wire or wireless. The third one connected via wire, then had the same failure as the first one when updated. I now have a DropCam Pro which I connected without any help and has worked perfectly for a month.

Good camera. Love that i can use with my tablet and phone.

We first tried the nest camera but then found out we had to pay for access to our own films. The Samsung takes a memory card that you can download to your computer.

I use it for my business and it is perfect, it has a clear picture and pick up sounds great. I highly recommend this product. It also don't need batteries.

Good camera to supervise your kids room and the availability to check what's happening from any place you are like from your office or if you are in another city. My only concern is not having the availability to save your recording in Google Drive or iCloud. If the add this feature would be excellent

Good coverage, good resolution. Could stay in color a little longer. Wish playback was continuous on event recording. You have to play each event separately. Overall satisfied with the camera and features.

A little tricky to setup but initially worked great. Now both cameras drop offline and have to be physically reset. Also Samsung doesn't integrate all the functions of the camera into the smartthings monitoring package. Overall a so so rating.

Works great. I have 4 of these throughout the house. It integrates very well with Samsung SmartThings. You also have the benefit of free unlimited video clips (upto 2 minutes) that are saved to the cloud if SmartThings alert is triggered. However I don't know how long that benefit will last.

The camera has clear viewing. The volume to speak is not very loud but nothing an external speaker could not fix! Love the camera overall!

I love this camera because I can check on my house whenever I'm not there. The app on my phone lets me "see" inside my house. Great camera!!

Excellent camera and easy to install. Good sound and view. Love this camera to watch my children from anywhere. It is a plus to have it

It worked very easy out of box. Connected to my Samsung Smart Things with no problem. Linked and works great. Plan on purchasing more.

Very easy to set up. Works great! We have outdoor cameras that are not as reliable as this one is. I wish they made out door ones.
