This dishwasher is quiet and cleans well, but you need to be careful loading as to not block the detergent dispenser on the door. Also, the plastic components on the racks feel cheap, but work well.

Unit is very quiet and dries great. Nonstick items and plastics come out spotted despite using jet dry. Bottom loading racks could have been designed better. For the money this DW performs well.

we purchased this dishwasher to replace the older we currently have, i love it there is tons of room and it washes great the only draw back is the drying it doesn't dry as well as our old one did....

This dishwasher seems quieter than the rated noise level. The racks are well laid out and offer many configurations for things like wine glasses, etc. Nice feature that the door opens automatically at the end of the cycle to finish the drying - no need to wipe glasses with concave bottoms in the top rack

So far, we have enjoyed our new dishwasher. It is quiet and dependable.

Had Best Buy deliver and install (also haul away my old dishwasher for extra $15). Well worth the extra $$ since it involved electrical and plumbing. Unit is very sleek, quiet and cleans/dries thourouly. It takes getting use to having it pop open after cycle, but love that now...no question if load has been run.

overall a good unit. much quieter than my older unit. the auto open front door to help with drying is awesome. only down side is the rubber flap on the bottom front. i don't understand its purpose.

We were so ready for a new dishwasher. and this Samsung model did not disappoint! It cleans all of our dishes very well, and it is so quiet! We did notice a strange smell when we first opened it...almost like plastic. But after a couple of cycles, the odor is gone.

We bought this dishwasher a year ago along with 3 other Samsung appliances. It seems to be an ok dishwasher but there are 2 or 3 things that bother me about it. The touch pad control is very sensitive to any touch. We are always turning it on without trying to. Secondly, there is a rubber flap the runs in front of the kick plate that doesn't serve any purpose. And lastly, The door will not stay at the upright position without latching it. It's either open about 5" or latched. So it gets latched 15 to 20 times a day. We've made two calls to Samsung about cleaning issues. There was dishwasher soap left on drinking glasses and plates . Their recommendation, hotter water and liquid soap. It's not a bad dishwasher but I liked the 15 year old Kenmore that we replaced as well if not better.

Have run it about 4 times so far and if it didn’t have a light on the top panel I wouldn’t know it was running. It is so quiet. Arrangement of dishes is a new process and the silverware holder is very unique. I place the silverware in individual slots and they really get clean.

We've only used the dishwasher about half dozen times as we have been having our kitchen remodeled. So far it is very quiet and gets dishes clean. It appears to be a good product.

I love the dishwasher, Don't like the door opening to dry so I disabled it, another problem is if you put a narrow glass or other item like a cup in the corners of the racks, it is not able to spray inside and get a good rinse. it leaves a food residue. I can live with it unless it gets worse. I don't know if I have any options with the Geek squad. if it bothers me too much, Ill call them. other than that, if the dishes are loaded good keeping in mind the corners, the thing does a fantastic job of cleaning--even baked on food with the power wash and set on 1 hr (turns it into 1 hr and 18 minutes) but no complaints there.

I bought it during Labor Day promotion. The price is good, the product is good. It is the Best Buy.

We bought this dishwasher because we like the simple design. It looks really nice in our kitchen. Cleans the dishes nicely and no complaints for us. Using this dishwasher is so easy a baby can do it - really, my 2 year old son helps us load and turn on the dishwasher every night.

This is a great replacement dishwasher. My only negative ia the time it takes for a full wash cycle is a little long. But it is quiet and does a good job cleaning the dishes.

Go for the package and you will not be disappointed with your decision. All four items look great together in my refurbished kitchen! Each has its own distinct features. The dishwasher runs quiet and is so impressive when it pops open upon finishing a load

We got a great price on this dishwasher as part of our kitchen package and we like it a lot. The only thing I wish it had, is the ability to turn off the heat dry - don't need it and would like to save on the electricity. Otherwise, awesome dishwasher.

Cleans very well and is super quiet. Only wish is that the spacing between racks was a little bigger, it's hard to fit plates next to each other.

Works and looks great. A bit noisy and run can be a bit long but does the job well. Wish the bottom was a little bit more roomy, but then again the top has lots of room.
