Doesn't work

Over a week later still no remote - now they say it will take 2 weeks. I have lots of samsung products this is a big disappointment. It would help if customer service spoke clearer English - very hard to communicate with them. Christmas is Monday and we have no working DVD.

This prevents certain style thumb drives from being inserted into the USB port. The previous Samsung Blu-Ray player didn't have this design issue. Otherwise, the unit works fine.
