Item was used once it was setup. It played everything we had. Only thing we didn't use was the smart feature since no available ethernet connection in the living room.

Great player for the price didn’t need a wireless player cause I have a smart tv

The Geek Squad installed my wall mounted Samsung entertainment system that included the Samsung 65” 4K TV and Samsung Sound bar. They also hooked up the 4K Blue Ray player but I was a bit concerned about the open box not having the remote. Jason of the Geek Squad programmed the Blue Ray player into the other remote controls and showed me how to control all the devices.

Easy to set up. All I had to do was plug it in! 4k picture is awesome. Combined with Samsung sound bar and subwoofer and now it sounds just like I'm at the movies!!

Got a GREAT DEAL on this 4K DVD Player. Listed at 249.95, and I got it for 100 bucks. The unit works well with my 4K TV, and the upscaling for non 4K is fantastic.

Not the smallest unit out there, but has a good picture, and combine it with a good sound system you get a great movie experience

4k never looked better. I have a samsung 4K display and Work’s flawlessly.

Prestine 4k/HDR images without any fancy interface or setup. A no frills plug in, pop disc in, and enjoy 4k blu ray player. I purchased this knowing it lacked WiFi because it seems every other item in my house is already "smart" and I don't regret it one bit. For those times you just want to watch that 'classic' you love in the absolute best quality possible, this is a perfect player.

Excellent 4K player. Watched several 4K movies and they were excellent!

Excellent player but for the fact that I have to download software updates to a usb storage device then plug into player to update software. Hindsight I would have went with the 8500 series that connects to internet and auto updates.

It works fine on 1080P and 4k televisions. It has no problem on reading CD, DVD and BluRay discs. It doesn't made any load noise and performance is OK for a 150 dollars player (video quality is little better than my PS4 slim). It is a easy to use player and It also have an optical out that other similar price BluRay players don't have. There is two things I didn't like about this player are it need little bit long time to load disc at the beginning and it doesn't have one more HDMI port (NO Wi-Fi is not an issue for me).

This unit was easy to hook up and matched up nicely with my Samsung TV.
