This is the quietest player. Has great picture and very user friendly

This was easy to install and works well. Reasonably priced as well.

I have a full line of Samsung products, they are tops. This Streaming 4K Ultra HD Wired Blu-Ray Player is great, there's NO, reloading the buffer right in the middle of the movie here and wired is always faster than Wi-Fi. test it yourself, use a speed test on a laptop using Wi-Fi, than connect a Ethernet cable to your router and the laptop and test again.

I didn't need a wifi player as I like to hook everything up directly to the modem or the router for the fastest speed possible so this player fit the bill. Have only watched one movie on it so far but it was excellent. It was easy to set up and seems to do a food job streaming as well. For a little over $100 this was a great deal on an excellent machine.

I was having a string of bad luck with blu-ray players over a six month period. The more inexpensive players just didn't perform like I needed them to. We stream a lot (Netflix, Amazon, etc) through our player and this one has performed great. It has a quick start-up and the on-board controls are accessible. I'm really pleased with with player so far.

The product supplies an excellent picture when combined with a 4K television. Connection to the tv was easy. The issue that I have with this device is that it makes lots of noise when playing the disc. There is a loud humming noise that is quite distracting.

Sort of new to the AV seen. We tried this player once and was a good prices on sale. The picture and sound through THE AVR was fantastic. The down side is we can get the same thing through the Xbox and consolidate our system even more. If you do not have a gamer this is a great unit for the price. We took this back and just using the Xbox.

Got this for our family to go with our Samsung TV and it is awesome! Great picture quality, easy to use remote and a nice sleek style so it fits anywhere. The price was fantastic! Yes to Best Buy!!!

Up front I am a master AV installer with over 30 years of in field experience. Unit worked good during the initial install. After 40 minutes the player started to hang and then froze. Spent over an hour trying every recommended trouble shooting trick to no avail. Remote from the get go became less and less fuctional up to the freeze. Blogs about the problem indicated a high remote failure rate. However, I found the source of the trouble. The remote being of poor quality is prone to sticking buttons. How to tell if your remote is sticking is aim it at the player and watch the power indicator light, if it flashes continualy the remote is stuck. Use a finger nail or some other semi sharp object to flick up the edges of the small buttons untill the flashing stops on the player. While not a permanent solution it will get you by. Otherwise the player apears to be a good unit. Would be fine if used with a third party remote control or remote control system

Great value for those who just got a 4K Tv.It runs smoothly and very easy to control.The features are awesome with apps available to use.Picture and sound from the player to the tv is great as well.

Easy to use, amazing picture and great UI overall!

This 4K blu ray player plays 4K discs flawlessly and upconverts blu ray to near 4K quality. The unit itself has a very sleek housing requiring very little shelf space. The remote is small and fits easily in your hand and is very intuitive to use. This is a quality player at a great price.

I bought this as an open box item. It looked new. When I got it home, I discovered that it had been returned with the remote of a Samsung Soundbar. The customer service rep was very helpful and found another open box item and replaced the remote. They labeled the other box as "Remote Missing" (and I assume a price adjustment) As far as the player goes. I replaced a Sony BlueRay player. That player would take close to 2 minutes to load a BlueRay. This player loads in under 10 seconds. I hooked it directly into my Samsung TV (UHD 65in) instead of going through my AV component, since I hope that I will have better 4K playback with the fewest components in between. I ran the digital audio cable from the DVD player to my AV and set the sound to Bitstream raw. The picture and sound are excellent. I do not yet have any 4K movies but I will get one as soon as the next great movie is released (maybe Return of the Jedi) The unit is slim and looks good. No display on the unit itself which I like since there is less distracting light near the TV. Overall very happy with the unit and with BestBuy customer service.
