I'm loyal to Samsung so I didn't even look @ other brands. This works perfect, it has Netflix installed so all I had to do was sign in and she was good to go. It does the job we wanted it to do. The only thing it needs is a light on it so that you can tell it's actually turned on. Other than that, absolutely no complaints

Not a bad deal - not a great deal

However, guess I'm used to having some kind of indicator light on the front panel letting me know whether the unit is off or on. This item does not have that. Not a huge deal breaker but don't like leaving any electronics on for extended periods, nor do I want to take time to keep a check on them.

This player does everything
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a blu ray player that did 3D blu ray, hulu, netflix, and that could support Plex media server, and as far as I'm concerned, this player does it all and works well. I've even tried the Plex media player app and it seems to work fine despite complaints I've read online (but I need to watch a full 2 hr movie to be sure--only watched a 10 minute segment when testing it). Can't talk about the 3D capabilties as I don't have a 3D TV (yet). USB plug is nice feature so you can play your own movies on a flash drive/HD, or look at pictures from external media. Why buy a new smart TV? This does the same thing.

Great WiFi BluRay with Smart Apps
