The program it comes with can be useful, and the drive itself can play AAA games from it through steam. Pretty good stuff!

No real install to worry about, just plug and play. Best console use for PS4/Xbox One and older games. Newer PS5 and XSX games cannot be run straight from drive and must be transferred back to console storage to play.

I was so impressed with the speed at which this thing can download and upload huge file sizes and in large quantities! I ended up buying the same thing in a smaller size for personal use.

Very Fast, Very small, Ultimate portable SSD

Speed, portability, the size is about half an inch thick, and the footprint is covers the same space as a credit card. Well worth it. I use this drive primarily for transferring large files so there is plenty of space to work with too.

Note: I back up to 2 separate Seagate 20TB hard drives as I work on the files. This Samsung - T9 Portable SSD 2TB is fast and offers me plenty of space for what storage I need.
