I like the sound quality of this headset. The two earbuds are magnetized so they stick together.I wish the headset was magnetized so the earbuds could stick to each side of the headset.Thats the only con I have is the earbuds dangle and not retractable

First, I'll state the pros then cons in that order Pros: neck brace is comfortable and stays in place when standing, walking, things along that nature. The sound quality is up there with the higher brands like Bose, BeatsX etc. The voice does tend to be a little higher than I would like, but an equalizer can fix that. The headphones keep a decent charge. The ear tips do stay in place for the most part. (there are exceptions). The volume key is positioned well and by that mean it's not annoying trying to remember where the volume key is located. The power switch is also a plus. It's a simple slide of the power switch instead of a traditional button. The headphones are comfortable. Cons: Being a runner, I run elevated terrain. The headphones tips popped out of my ears quite oftened because of the moisture build up. Also being a gym person, when doing exercises such as bench press or anything involving laying on your back, the neck brace of the headphones will reposition themselves and it's annoying adjusting it back. Overview: these headphones are perfect for someone that doesn't do intense exercise which either make your head or body move aggressively. Also, they're not the ideal headphones for the gym.

I got these to replace a pair of many years old Samsung Level U that i had that had broken. Tbese are very comfortable and have outstanding battery life and some of the most impressive sound quality I've ever heard from earbuds. Deep rich and powerful bass. And excellent minds and sweet highs. The balance is impeccable as it has been with all Samsung audio equipment I've sampled. Very nice. Just wish the buds were retractable.

Got these on sale to connect to my Note 8 and also my Ipod. The best thing about these headphones is the Battery life, they advertise these as 10 hours of use and I can say that it surpasses that. The sound is good with nice bass. The volume could be a little higher, but I am one who likes my music on the volume setting of number 11. So they don't quite get loud enough for me, but it is ample I guess. They stay in the ear nice and I use these while working out and playing basketball and have not had them fall out yet. Samsung also has a nice app for the phone that is used to control the headphones which is a nice feature. I have not used them for phone calls much as that is not what I purchased them for, but when I have used them to make a call, no one has complained about the sound.

These actually work a lot better than I expected. Sound is clear. Not enough base though. They fit comfortably in the ears.

Wish it was louder. Other then that. It is awesome. You can connect more then one device. I use android for phone and apple for music. It goes back and forth no problems. The only thing that needs improvement is the microphone. and make the louder. The batteries last and there are hardly any skips. if you do have a skip it's probably cell phone reception

The headphones are sounding good for a blue tooth headphone that's priced at $79.99. I have never had a wireless headphone earlier and was surprised with the level of details I could hear with these headphones; I can't help think how much I might have missed so far. The controls are different for a person used to wired headphones and still grappling with controls; hope I will get used to it quickly. Samsung level app is a must have for the headphone and it can sync the volume of the headphones with the phone itself. The headphones work great with the S8 and understandable since both are Samsung products. The Samsung level app did show that there was an update available for the headphone and kept failing despite trying numerous times. Samsung support was clueless about the update and couldn't help. There is no user guide or any sort of help in the Samsung website as well. Samsung support advised to get it replaced and hence returned and awaiting the replacement headphone; hopefully the new one can get the update. Docking off one star due to lack of Samsung support.

These worked pretty well in the hearing department. I was able to hear my music and people calling me perfectly well. It was lightweight and hardly felt them hanging around my neck. My biggest problem with them was the ear plugs just hung there if you didn’t have them in your ears. With my job they would constantly get caught on something and it was very aggravating. I had to return them and ended up buying the Aftershokz Trekz Air from BrookStone.

I do a lot of technical work so that hinders me from answering my phone. The headset fits comfortably around my neck and do not fall out of my ear. The noise reduction could be better from what I have been told, but they work fine for me.

I purchased this bluetooth set to work along with my Note 8, so far, I love them. There is also an app, that you can download in the play store to set the bluetooth up to your liking. Sound quality is good, could be a little louder, but that's just me, I love listening to my music at HIGH Volumes. Great product. The blue is more like an turquoise....beautiful color. The ear buds come in white, which I thk Black would have looked better on them. Yes, I would recommend these Samsung U Flex Wireless Bluetooth Headset

The U Flex headphones are great. The built in microphone for talking on the phone is insanely powerful. People talking to me always say they hear me better when I'm using them. Battery life is killer. Instantly connect to Samsung phone or laptop as soon as I turn them on. Sound quality is great.
