Very well pleased with this player, it plays all my DVD's, Blu-Ray & other videos that I have made. You can see the Great picture with the 3D 4K TV.

The picture is outstanding. Well worth the money. Samsung out did themselves.

I like the DVD player and it was a good price after I price matched through Rewards program. Easy to install and not hard to operate with Samsung TV.

This is so simple to use and it works great! We've only watched 3 movies so far 2 were 4k one wasn't. All three looked amazing on our new Samsung tv.

When paired with one of the new Samsung 9000 series tvs the upscaling makes regular dvds look like hi def.

Hooked up and works beautifully with our 4K TV. Great color and picture. The picture quality makes you feel like you could reach out and touch things

Normally I wouldn't choose Best Buy to buy items from but I really love this item it goes in conjunction with my 3D 4K TV it's awesome pricey but awesome

Nice feature set for this price point. I do think that the added resolution does require a much larger set to be appreciated however. I certainly can't tell the difference on my 55" at 8' distance.

To be honest I was ready to return this player, but after tweeking a few picture settings my mind is changed. Amazing picture for the price payed

I cannot believe how the 4K up scaling feature brought back to life Christmas videos that I have been enjoying for years. Great product. Fair price.

as if there is a lot of 4k movies out. not much to enjoy. reminds me when the hd players first came out and they were almost the same price. i just had to be an idiot and have one before all my friends and family got one. also does mirroring from your phone.

Since first being introduced this player is now less than 1/2 price and is needed if you have a 4K setup.

I have been a long time Samsung fan of all devices. Everything from TV's, sound systems, BlueRay/DVD players, computer monitors, and mobile devices. Trouble started with Samsung Note7 Edge. I never want to experience that again. I let that slide and purchased this player thinking maybe it was just mobile devices that had an issue. I currently own a Samsung SHD TV and this player is 4K streaming device. I asked the sales staff at Best Buy was it backwards compatible with my SHD TV. He said yes. Connected everything and it works fine except for anything that I play through the player as 4K does not work with my TV. Example; Netflix 4K videos streamed with this player it does not work, but when I stream the same Netflix 4K video through my OLD Chromecast it automatically recognizes my TV capabilities and adjusts and plays with no problem. When I called Samsung for help they tried to blame it on Netflix, and they blamed it on the cable (NOT the problem either), and their final solution was I have to purchase a new TV in order for the player to work properly. I will be purchasing a new 4K TV and it will not be a Samsung. Samsung will no longer be getting my business. I can excuse a defective product from time to time, but when the customer support goes then in my experience the company and their products can no longer get my business.

I thought having a blue ray player was nice...this displays awesome pictures while playing movies. Got mine on sale or the price would be too high.

Upgraded to the 4K Blu-Ray player when I purchased my new Samsung TV. So glad I did the picture quality is amazing. Definitely worth the price.

So far I only have one 4K discs and I gotta say I've watched it several times and I really really like the picture

Loved the display on screen and the options the remote control gives me. Easy to use and can also be used with my TV remote control. Love it!

Yes this DVD portrays great 4K quality but the best part is how well it upscales the Blu-ray Discs as well. Wasn't expecting this great of quality.

I use this quite often and it works flawlessly. Don't use the build in smart features but it is a bulletproof player.
