I connected it to my Vizio 4K TV and the picture quality is excellent. The included applications are useful too. A good buy.

Images just jump out of the screen in 3D mode. Imax video disc will bring thing out ovet your coffee table.

Got this on sale last November (2016) & it can do things that we haven't gotten around to learning yet. Have it hooked up to an LG OLED65B6P t.v. & everything seems to work beautifully. Have watched several 4K dvd's & the picture is out of this world. Regular dvd's also look better than our old dvd player.

Good Blu Ray player... However there is no significant difference between 4K and Blu Ray. I have several 4K movies and they look identical to the Blu Ray version.

I purchased this unit as my first 4k player. I purchased a 4k TV earlier (and 4k HDMI cables) and wanted to see the difference. This player produces a pretty good picture. I have watched several 4k movies now (mostly action) and the difference is noticeable between this and my older 1080p blu ray player and tv.

I have had a Samsung SUHD TV for a little over a year and I've had my eye on this player for awhile. When BB put it on sale, I decided it was time to take the plunge! I have been very pleased so far, and particularly like the apps that are included that allow me to stream UHD video from Amazon and Netflix.

I've seen some reviews that say it is hard to set up. I did not find it hard. I am a moderately tech saavy person, and as long as you aren't concerned with making sure you have the ultimate setup, this unit provides a quality picture even on a non hd tv. My old unit had a long load time. This one doesn't.

this dvd player makes my tv shine, i had the 4k tv already but had no idea what it could do until i bought this dvd player

Fast and easy to use machine. Very user friendly. Remote is a bit touchy though.

I have only viewed one 4K Ultra HD movie thus far. Can't wait for more current releases to be available in 4K UHD movies.

Although the price may be high 4k movies on this look absolutely beautiful. If you have a 4k HDR TV you should have this.

Plays 4K UHD Blurays with HDR fine if your TV supports both. The depth of colors is amazing. The only thing I noticed is that the load time of some discs can be slow at times and the player can get a little noisy. The noise is drowned away by turning up the volume of the audio from the movie being played.

Great picture quality when playing 4K or blue ray . The improved picture quality even on my older DVDs was unbelievable

Best Buy had an awesome bundle price when purchased with fantastic tv which we so appreciated. State of the art, beautiful picture from upscaling standard and blue ray discs. Great operating system. Most highly recommend this wonderful player.

Very easy to set up and access web based services. Clarity is superb- leaps and bounds better than my 4 year old player. This player has features some others do not have so a spec comparison is recommended. Thought about an LG to match up with my LG OLED, but the Samsung gave me more versatility and access

this player makes everything looks great, your Blu-ray movies will look even better and uhd movies are on another level. Very sharp and clear. can see every detail.

Have NO complaints about this item. Functions exactly as advertised and reviewed. Little more $$ than good quality blu-ray players currently on the market. When more UHD, 4k, HDR discs become available it will become worth the investment.

When I put in my first UHD disc, it took a while to distinguish it from the standard Blu-ray, but soon enough I was noticing the enhanced detail in backgrounds and facial textures. It wasn't until I watched the same movie in 1080p that I really noticed the difference. If you can find it on sale, go for it; better players will come along eventually, but none this good for this price.
