The Samsung was wasy to setup, upgrade firmware for dts-x, and operate. Images and sound quility are very good. Price was right at $200. Curved front if you are matching this to a curved TV. No front panel display. However, I returned it becaues it could not play SACDs and I found another product with similar specs that could. If I was not wanting to play SACDs I would have kept it.

Purchased this as a replacement for a Sumsung system. We are irritated that you have to buy a full system if any part goes bad. This is individual components so we will be able to replace each as needed. The sound is very good but the rear speakers are hardly noticeable. That was the same as our last system so maybe that's the nature of the beast. Overall we're happy with it.

We love this DVD player it accommodates incompletes are home theater system. It's easy to use and set up was a breeze.

Plays 4K movies with crisp colors as expected. But it also up scales BlueRay and DVD movies to a better sharper image.

Great product! The picture is wonderful for 4K and does great with upscaling!

I was glad that the BB sales person told me to make sure that the 4K player I wanted had HDR. The picture looks like a beautiful piece of glass. My only complaint is a slight studder in the picture twice during Revenant. Not sure if it is the DVD, TV or 4K player. I love this Samsung 4K Blu-ray player.

I bought this product to play 4k Blu-ray discs and it works great for this purpose. I watched The Martian and it looks spectacular. The only drawback for me was the user interface. It is a bit clunky and the selection of apps you have access to is limited compared to other devices out there. Bottom line...great device for playing 4k Blu-rays, okay at watching streaming channels.

It was the only true 4K DVD Player on the market right but I have always had good luck with Samsung and it works great

We should have bought one of these when we got our 4k TV. Combined with the 4K movies and 4K TV. this player has us on the edge of our seat! picture quality is phenomenal! Can't wait for more movie titles to catch up with this technology!!

A bit pricey, but if you want to experience 4K blu-ray discs, this will deliver.

It's tough that this is the only 4k Blu-Ray on the market (until the Panasonic one comes out), but they don't hold back on the quality. It works great with my Samsung 9-series TV and Pioneer Receiver. The interface is easy to use, and the remote works well too. I have no complaints about this product.

Love having a 4k blu ray player, just need more movies and content. Make sure you purchase an HDMI 2.0 cable however.

I do like this player, it's pretty fast and reliable, the only problem I've noticed is if I'm streaming on my Samsung (tab A), and trying to screen mirror it will loose the connection and the screen mirror will disconnect. I have a Samsung TV and if I do the same thing the TV never looses the screen mirror signal. Other than that, I have no issues, it's a pretty solid player.

This 4k player plays beautiful 4k blu rays on my 4k tv. The last piece of the puzzle to truly complete the 4k set up

great true 4k player only problem is its dated remote hence why not 5 stars
