Ive tried almost all blu ray players, all of the ones who promise to upgrade your picture to 4k. Nothing beats this player. the picture, even on dvds which was an issue before, come crisper and more vibrant. At 200 bucks, this was a steal!

The picture was very good with this product on the 4k DVD. However, it was not that much better than the blue ray that upconverted to close to 4k quality. Even on sale the product was over priced the the Blue Ray that also upconverted to close to 4k quality. I would not recommend until price comes down.

If you don't hold it down, it will go to beginning or end of scene instead of going ahead or backing up a few frames.

If you have a 4k tv, then I would recommend you also get a 4k player. The difference between a regular Blu ray movie and a 4k movie with HDR is striking. Only problem once you see it

I recently purchased a new TV, which resulted in me having to purchase a new Blue Ray player b/c my old one wasn't compatable with the new TV. It's super slick and the quality of the movies is far superior to the old player I had!

The player has done very well and I am impressed with it. The tv senses the signal from it to give me max resolution. The remote isn't much to brag about though. The buttons are tiny and for anyone that doesn't have tiny hands it can be a challenge to push only the one button you are trying for.

This gives super awesome resolution to any blu ray movie in HD (upscales) but the true magic is with the 4K HDR blu rays out now. Amazing resolution, brilliant dynamic range of colors. Get on the bandwagon, a brave new 4K world has arrived.

I just switched from a Samsung player and this is best by far!!

Originally bought an Xbox one s to play uhd disks, but I was very unhappy with the picture quality. Exchanged the Xbox for this player, and it was a night and day difference. Stunning picture quality with cool features. I recommend.

Recently bought a Samsung 55'' 4K TV and this pairs great with it! No issues so far, easy set up, and a bunch of apps. Highly recommend getting a 4K HDR TV, so you can get the full experience. Also make sure you have a newer HDMI cable.

This works fabulous with my 4K tv. Although my shopping experience wasn't as satisfying as the product. Best Buy could do much better in lines of honoring a reward gift certificate.

I have many of samsungs bluray players in the past, even other brands but this is the best quality, Bestbuy has, they finally starting taking care of high quality customers interest

It works well so far with no issues. Wish the remote was better made though.

Excellent pictures and clarity uses the full capabilities of my 4k Samsung TV

First one we bought didn't work right but got a new one, and that one works great. Although it was a hassle to return the broken one and apparently a hassle to get a new one shipped from a nearby store that day, overall recommend this product. Just suggest a better way of handling returns/exchanges

One of very few 4K DVD players out currently, easy to set up.

This is a wonderful player that checks off all of the boxes. It works great, it supports everything I was looking for. Such as UHD Bluray Playback, awesome 4K upconverting and Dolby Atmos support. It works wonderfully but I still have some compatibility issues with a single movie, Sicario 4K I couldn't get to play. I can get the discs to play flawlessly in my Xbox One S. I returned the movie 2 times and continued to have issues. I contacted Samsung support, he was wonderful but could not fix my issues. It seems to be a issue that others are having too. Its small issue and can be fixed with firmware most likely, but I love the player regardless.

I love watching UHD blurays w this player. Deadpool and Mad Max look amazing

One of the things you will need for sure to make your house a movie Theater!

Hard to say if it's the best 4k Blu-ray player is it is one of just a few out there. The interface seems pretty slow and bland for such a high-tech device. Interested in seeing how Sony's 4k Blu-ray player will compare to Samsung's.
